Don’t know where this is coming from, we just traded them 39 last night

Again, no logical explanation for why LeBron won't come here. Shannon absolutely clueless on how little space we have to clear to acquire him.

2023-2024 Philadelphia 76ers:

Lowry/Melton/Payne
Maxey/Hield/Downtin
Oubre/Batum/Council
Harris/Covington/Martin
Embiid/Reed/Bamba

Elect me as your president and I will ban all of these shows.

Any interest in Howard as a backup C?

If he had his head on straight. I get the impression that Dwight Howard is so jilted, bitter and his approach is so wack that I don't even know if I'd want him in my lockerroom.

I'd rather have a consummate pro that needs no personality maintenance like Amir, even if he barely has anything left in the tank.

I hope Dwight signs with Golden State and ruins their chemistry and locker room. It's the best chance the NBA has got. Dwight to Golden State, let's make this happen!

I can't see it happening, Brad Stevens would want none of that around impressionable young players, or even old ones. Expect a 'shake-up' team grabbing him, maybe Cleveland if he takes the minimum and they somehow manage to keep LeBron. Wouldn't touch that headcase with a ten mile pole.

Dwight will come here if Embiid rightfully backs him up.

Brett Brown wants to go star hunting. If Kawhi not realistic, we do have the assets now to see if Portland wants to reset and come off Lillard. I'm not at all interested in CJM, but Lillard is a different story. He may not be a superstar, but he's a next level star who is a seamless fit around Simmons and Embiid. We don't have to send any salary filler back so can offer cap relief in addition to talent.

I'm not sure I'd do it because they'd likely ask for a lot, but I'd make the call.

If we strike out on Kawhi, then I'd pursue Bradley Beal and take back the Gortat contract which will expire after next season. He'd be a short term backup for Embiid.

Honestly I would pursue Beal before Kawhi, don't trust the injury or Kawhi and the people around him to re-sign here. When a guy sours on the Spurs that says more about him than about them.

LeBron deciding between LA and Cleveland because of his family. Philly is obviously the best option. He’s trying to get a star in Cleveland because he’ll be forced to go to LA instead. I really hope these reports aren’t true but I do believe his wife might be refusing to relocate to Philly...

All the stars we're hunting want to play in L.A.
