Lets say Nerlens accepted the $70m contract. Would you trade Saric and Nerlens for Jrue?
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Of course you would but you can't regret the trade because other wise we wouldn't have the team we have now.
Plus Fultz is gonna be at the very least what Holiday is now but more athletic.

Wizards and Bucks defense is so pathetic, if the Bucks resign Parker it won't be long until Giannis leaves Milwaukee.

Dude can't shoot. Like at all. Stop with this projections which aren't based on anything.
All we can do is wait and hope, cause it's really a unique situation.

It’s very difficult to question that trade, because if Hinkie doesn’t trade Jrue there is no Process, and the roster is most likely nowhere near as promising as it is now. Of course, Hinkie might also still be the GM...

Are you sure about that? Jrue is a big time player.

Yep. After he got over his injuries, Jrue has upped his game. The contract he has doesn’t look bad anymore.

Holiday is one of the most underrated players in this league. It's crazy how hefar under the radar down he stays in New Orleans.
Obviously I'd love him on this team, but like mentioned above, there is no "this team" had he been kept in Philadelphia.

I'm not SURE that he is going to be as good as Jrue, but I think that that is his wheelhouse projection. It isn't a ceiling level projection. He CAN be better than Jrue, but I think he is very likely to be as good as Jrue in a couple of years.

I dont think I can accept Fultz if he can’t be as good as a shooter as Jrue. You look at the elite lead guards and they got like 40-50% of their shots from the 3pt range.

I think that he needs to be as good as Jrue for the trade to have been worth it in retrospect.

Jrue was terrible for most of his rookie year. Looked he like belonged in high school.

That’s why I won’t assume anything with Fultz. The Sixers need to just keep moving forward and need to make moves that don’t involve Fultz on the team. If Fultz figures it out and can shoot normally again then great. If he can’t then oh well. But I wouldn’t NOT make a move or draft someone because we have Fultz.

We do need to draft someone to play the 2 in this draft, really no question about it, regardless of Fultz. Ideally, would love to see someone who can get mins so we can get rid of one of JJ or Marco. We gotta have someone who can actually play D to give us a better combo for that spot.

You can call me crazy all you want mate and if being pessimistic helps you sleep better at night go right ahead but my projections are based on the fact that he was tearing it up in high school, college and summer league until the muscular imbalance happened.
Dudes I know who have seen him in person plus players like Victor Oladipo, expert analysts and his own team mates say how good he is NOW at 19yr olds.
He was the number 1 pick for a reason and after seeing him move around the court like he does and drive to the hoop plus play good defense and players who had a worse shot than him coming into the league tell me why he wont develop a jump shot/3pt shot and be at the very least as good as Jrue? who has been injured a lot and has a few years on Fultz.

I just came in here to say basically the same thing you did. He's a beast. He looks like a super quick keg on legs. He's 215 lbs which shows you how far behind physically guys like the taller DeAaron Fox are at 175 lbs.

Yeah. He outplayed Russ George and Melo. Impressive. And he was the difference in the 4th.

Mitchell had a good 4th quarter but scored 28 pts on 25 shots (10-25) in 43 mins plus 0-7 on 3s. Rubio and Favors were the stars for the Jazz tonight. Also somehow Joe Ingles was team high +21 while logging 33 mins - thought he played some solid D tonight.
