Suns vs Sixers 11/19 @ 7pm EST

Post#1 » by XDevilBoiX » Mon Nov 19, 2018 7:12 pm

Should be a easy win and on our way to 41-0 at home. Embiid should be dominanting in the post tonight against a rookie in Ayton. Butler should be shutting down Booker. Holmes makes his return tonight since the trade. Gonna be a fun game to watch.

I have it on reliable sources that someone's getting their *** kicked.

Too much confidence in here. Incoming 60 pointer for Booker.

Lost to them at home last year. Gotta come out strong. A good week coming up and they can really put their stamp on the East

You hear that?

thats the sound of us getting wrecked.

I do worry that Embiid will try to show up Ayton....for all of his trollgawd status, he tends to play worse when attempting to do so.

Injury free basketball. I don't want to lose a key player in a game that really doesn't matter at the moment. We should beat the Suns, but Booker is always capable.

Well Biid was at his best when he played against Drummond, so not sure about that. :D

He is not used to playing so much so his sore back makes a lot of sense.

The Suns have a gifted squad but cannot get anything done. Pretty puzzling.

Josh Jackson has been the most disappointing player from the 2017 draft, imo. His on court decision making is shocking sometimes.

Yea, I mean, he really shouldn't have been ranked that high. If a player's shot looks completely broken, like Lonzo and Jackson, it's best to stay away from them in the top ten. He was always a defensive role player you grab in the 20s. He really shouldn't be making too many decisions on offense besides how to get open near the rim. I think he has an inflated view of what he actually is.

Thats not true at all. Star players come into the NBA with broken jumpers all of the time and develop. . Aaron Gordon's shot form was waaaay worse than Jackson's and now he's the 3rd or 4th best player from his draft class. Giannis' shot was the worst in his class and now he's the best player in his class by far.

Chandler is restricted to 27 minutes tonight (which is about as much as I’d want him to play regardless?)

First of all, Aaron Gordon's form was not worse. That's simply not true. The pieces were there to turn it into something passable. Josh had quite a bit of a hurdle to overcome with his weird launching style. He's actually improved quite a bit, I will say. Much better than Lonzo.

As far as Giannis, or even our own Ben Simmons, if you're not able to shoot, you better be able to do something else special. Giannis and Ben are 6'10+ basically PFs and move like guards.

Gonna be a tougher game then most think....Phoenix can put up points and we seem to have a knack for allowing scorers to just go off. Booker could drop 60 tonight.

Hopefully we see more chemistry and wrinkles added to the offense with Butler/Embiid/Simmons and we can take care of business.
