I'd say it's 50-50 whether he's here beyond the 10-day contract.... the 76ers have a lot bigger plans going into the trading deadline then getting Corey Brewer I suspect. They're going to add someone like Marco here within the next month. No I don't mean Marco belinelli himself but someone with that talent level and shooting ability. Don't forget Kell will be back at some point too.

if he's here past the deadline; my guess is that we have traded multiple players for one or two guys. Like my guess is that Furkan days are numbered.

He'll always have that POS syndrome. Forget about him.

Unfortunately you're probably right, Fultz's syndrome has no cure, but to forget him would be a mistake.

He has potential to still be a defensive specialist and dynamic play maker. He has a good midrange jump shot. He has value.

Basically paid for his contract with tonight's game.

Agreed.

Great signing for us. Tough competitor and defender, and he cost us nothing. He just improved our team because he is playable in the playoffs, and someone like Korkmaz isn’t. If he just takes Korkmaz’s minutes he is a net positive on the team, and some nights he can give us more.

We still need another rotation shooter or two though which I expect us to find on the trade or buyout market. This isn’t the team that we will go into the playoffs with, but he just made us better.

Corey Brewer >>>> empty 15th roster spot

Who knew? Particularly with 3 players out indefinitely. Weird.

His defense and leak out game is perfect for our big 3

I wish it were true. Maybe he fits well as a backup next to Shamet and Muscala but he should never be on the court with our big three we have enough non shooters as it is.

He's not great but he has random games like this, and given the bench should still be an upgrade or at least an option if Shamet is off or injuries happen. Great energy guy

Actually he's smart that his leak out game sort of limits those half court poor spacing possessions.

I like how our FO didnt lazily resorted to just get a guy for his shooting when really the problem is our defense more than our offense.

Also, since we're going to lost Korkmaz next season anyway, we might want to consider either trading him for a 2nd rounder or releasing him to sign a more useful vet going into the postseason.

He was flopping around the court like a dying fish lol.

Glad to see Harden get a taste of his own medicine even if it was just for a night. I'm sure he'll be back to getting 20 free throws his next game

Corey Brewer's 51 point game. Guess who was mostly guarding him?
