in fact Ben could score 30 points because all-star games have a lot of dunks and holes in the defense....
and he scored 28 in the rookie-soph game, on 14 of 17 shooting!
Ben is probably more suited to being an all-star than any player in the history of basketball, because Ben is the most entertaining passer ever and one of the most entertaining dunkers.

i fast-forwarded through the parts where Ben was on the bench, so i enjoyed it because when Ben was on the court there were actually good shots being taken
it must have been a dream come true for those players to be fed the ball so perfectly, and when Ben is a free agent he'll probably see more interest in him than any free agent ever.

Even if they were awesome, I wouldn’t know since I didn’t watch. I like competition and have a rooting interest.

Having random teams selected each year, makes it even less competitive. My Sixers aren’t even on the same team.

Even conference teams were meaningless, but I prob would’ve watched if it was east vs west. The random selection process made it even less interesting. I think it’s because I don’t even know who is on either team at this point.

Put the ball at Tobias, Jimmy and Jj’s hands. And tell Ben&Jojo to focus on defense. Jojo is just not gonna get those fouls. Deep inside the refs want some dramatic shot from the perimeter

What the all-star game showed me... is that unless you can take and hit a 3 pointer you aren't really on the same level as the other all-stars. Hopefully Ben saw that too as he watched almost every player he played with and against dropping 3 over his head all night.

the all-star game proved that Ben is the most valuable player on the floor.
Ben was +19 and completely ran the offense, leading the team in assists!
also, Ben went 5 of 5 from the field, and had 4 offensive rebounds - very crucial because Lillard made only 6 of 17 three-point-attempts - and Lillard was the only player with a better plus-minus (+20)....
to put that into perspective, LeBron James was -3
