So if he were to be brought up, whose spot in the rotation would he take? Or would he just be the 12th man off the bench?

Probably Thybulle.

Matisse is arguably the best defender in the NBA and inarguably the worst offensive player in the NBA. Brett already pulled him out once.

Thybulle would be much more playable if this team ran a different offense. This dribble handoff type offense finds him far to many times with him having to put the ball on the floor and find a teammate. He should only be shooting wide open shots created for him or cutting to the basket when his man falls asleep.

Was thinking he might get a chance to play yesterday but looks like we have to wait.

I'm glad Shayock is getting his points in the G-league. It certainly beats the alternative. But outside of ppg/ppm he doesn't really have the peripherals yet. Still seems like a good pick-up for a 2nd round pick in the 50's.

31 points in 30 minutes on December 6th

26 points in 34 minutes on December 7th

Give this guy a chance, he's a scoring machine.

I'm very perplexed by you this season. These takes don't seem like you.

Why so impressed by a player scoring 30ppg on 20 something shots in the G-league. Didn't we just see Shake Milton do pretty much the same thing last year and he can barely get in the games this year?

Shake was playing well until his injury. I thought he was better than Neto and Burke. Although, their experience helps, Shake has the size advantage.

Shayok is a scorer with good size. I would like to see how he does under pressure. I think his shooting would be good, but he could fail being not experienced in rotations, defense, and other things.

Shayock could very well be a player down the road. That's not the point. Calling for the promotion of a guy because he scored 30 in some G-league games is silly, if it's without context of how he's played overall or without identifying his specific skills that are better than the players already on the team. Everybody currently in the 76ers rotation (except maybe Thybulle) would score 35 a game, in the G-league.

Despite shooting a pedestrian 37% from deep he appears to be a reliable shooting option from everywhere. Extremely mature midrange game and he's adept at pulling up off the dribble in addition to being a catch-and-shoot guy. Also shooting 88% from the charity stripe.

Not to be overlooked-- he's comfortable putting it on the floor and is an underrated passer in crowds.

Not expecting him to be much of a defender, but wouldn't mind utilizing his 2-way status situationally to have some supplemental offense off the bench if needed. We've had plenty of games (like last night) where we could've used some bench support to help shoulder the scoring load.

So does Luka Doncic. One of the best players in the NBA and the GOAT 20 year old. Athleticism doesn't matter in the modern NBA.

Ill take anaverage athlete who can dribble and shoot over a ben simmons athlete any day of the week. Body control, start stop, and change of direction ability with the ball is way more importantthan being long and jumping high
