Terrible negotiators and always showing their hand. Every move was telegraphed and every reporter was in the know.

Bucks got a haul for Brogdan. Will be dissapointed if they dont end up getting a pick from MIA.

Brogdan was a RFA, Jimmy was not. Huge difference.

Will we have enough money to sign Seth Curry? There's your JJ replacement right there.

MIA didn't have any cap space. They couldn't get him without our assistance. Functionally it was a similar situation.

Horford+JJ wasn't an option.

Simmons/Dlo/JRich/Harris/Embiid would have a timeline for next 10 years instead of next 2.

Seems like Embiid, Tobias, Richardson, free agent guard, and Simmons would have made more sense. We should be better defensively. I’m not a coach so I can’t really argue that fit, but Danny Green or Pat Beverly seem to add more to the team than Horford.

That's all he's been in the league since Derrick Rose got hurt. A fake #1 on mediocre teams.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

We overpaid for Tobias and damn sure did for Al. Team now lacks shot creation and while i hated it, losing JJ also loses a big offensive weapon. Bench is also still ass and Corey Joseph or Avery Bradley does nothing to change that. Al is also very **** old.

but the flip of that is. You gotta overpay in this city. Al in theory solves our backup big issue. Jrich and Tobias should be able to aliviate some of the loss. AND **** DHO..Brett has to now actually scheme up **** that fits the team. Bench isn't any worse at least...lol. Al has been old since Florida it seems.

very conflicted so I will wait and see... not sure we got much better but don't think we got much worse either.

You said it yourself right there. They lack shot creation and it will be their undoing. You know it, I think everyone knows it, that doesn’t mean fans aren’t allowed to be optimistic, but I think deep down if people are being honest with themselves everyone knows it is going to come back to kill them against superior teams. You need elite or close to elite perimeter players or wings to win titles. Sixers lost the best one they had. Good luck with that.

I loved the guy as well, but I also loved Jrue and Dario, trades happen, nothing we can do about it.

The important thing is we will compete this year as long as Embiid stays healthy, and the Sixers are legit contenders.

Well I mean there is something you can do about it. It’s just a matter of if you want to do it or not. It’s up to the individual.

Not us I meant, he for whatever reason doesn’t want to be in a big 3, or big 2. He wants to be the best player on the team, and that seems very important to him. Winning titles is secondary to him obviously and that’s his choice.

I can't possibly see why anybody is bitching, we are better than we were last year and this is a title-contending team. Plus Al Horford is an a+ human being and a great locker room guy.

Once Jimmy says he wants Miami it's not hard to clear the space. Miami just did it, there would be a ton of teams lining up to get J-RIch

there has to be more to this. whether he doesn't like Brown. didn't like Philly. wanted to be "the man"

i don't know what it is, but his introductory press conference is going to be very interesting.

It is evident, he saw Simmons not giving a **** about improving his jump shot, so he bolted to avoid working with a talented lazy kid.

uh, clearly they're going to sign other players for the bench. We'll see how good the pickup are though.

yup. this is not at all the way the league has been trending. and who knows maybe they buck the system and send it in a whole new direction with this kind of line-up, but all teams will do is zone up and force us into bad shots and we'll be bounced in the first round.

Jimmy would rather score 30 points a game & lose then score 17 points a game and win, it's that simple.

But Indy didn’t have to give up a valuable player either.
