Naw, Lebron is a bad loser and has always been that way (sometimes a bad winner too). This was a great win and I can see the Heat taking at least one more off of LAL but this was a combined effort of Jimmothy being amazing and LAL laying a bit of an egg.

Can't lay an egg in the finals with Bam & Dragic out (with a possibility of coming back for game 4). That's the kind of thing that changes the momentum of a series and makes some of the Lakers question themselves... Looking at you Kuzma.

No doubt. I don't think this will affect AD or James but Kuz is the high variance component of the Lakers and he could definitely be rattled.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

Jimmy Butler dominating game 3 of Finals without attempting a single three.

That was a Jordan-esque performance by Butler last night. Brand and Co. should've woken up to being unemployed this morning.

I cannot believe sixers let butler walk over an extra year salary 5/190 would have been easy call. But instead they freaking give Tobias 5/180. Makes zero sense. We didn’t need al horford either.

I felt physically ill last night watching the fourth quarter. Butler is the ultimate leader. The Heat's roster without Bam has no business beating an AD + LeBron Lakers squad no matter how meh LA's supporting cast is.

It does now. Admittedly, w/o Dragic and Bam not likely to get back even close to 100% it's hard pressed seeing the heat taking 3 out of the next 4. But that was a championship performance we saw out of Jimmy last night. One for the ages.

Its overwhelmingly unacceptable that more front office lever pullers haven't been removed. Butler's performances are shining bright fluorescent lights all over their incompetent franchise altering mistakes.

This needs to be a bigger story. Hiring Doc Rivers isn't nearly enough.

The thing is without butler. I don’t think sixers even get tied up at 90-90 and no Leonard shot needed. Sixers didn’t have anyone to finish the drive like butler did to tie up the game 7 last year

That’s why we sucked on the road big time especially early in the season. We lost so many close winnable games on the road. We were up or down by 4 points in those early 10-15 road losses. Of course we don’t win them all. But chances are with butler we at least win 40-50% of them. And our road record would not have been so bad.

We had such an alpha male leader and amazing player and we chose to dump him and instead pay max money to mediocre players, just LOL

Remember Jimmy came to the team and started hitting game winners instantly, like big shots time ticking 4th quarter buzzer beaters. And then he hit the one to slay Boston and made numerous other clutch plays like the game against OKC.

Losing a player like that is pretty much franchise crippling, us drafting Ben and Embiid instead of say KAT and Wiggins is the only reason we aren't really sucking as much as we could.

I honestly feel sick about this franchise. I loved watching Jimmy here. I couldn't believe it when we let him go and it's just worse now.

Before we got Butler there were all the dreams of LBJ and Kawhi, and I only wanted Butler as I thought he is a winner and will be loyal to the franchise and not go to some superbig market team, like I expected other 2 would do. I did not expect such incompetence of our FO, that Jimmy actually had to go. I was right about him and completely wrong about coach Brown (that I really liked at that time) as he really showed as incompetent and unable to maximize production with natural born winner in the team.

Fans are in mourning man let them grieve let them / us grieve. It's been a rough period...the bounce..Jimmy leaving...burnergate...fultz...crappy road record....the bubble...being swept..Harris...Simmons injuries.... There has been very few bright spots lately. And now Jimmy is front and center on our TV screens doing thing for the Heat that he could have done for the 76ers. So grieving and mourning, at this point, is normal mi amigo.
The Accession of Paul Reed is upon us !

You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

There's a difference between crying and calling attention to a catastrophic miss by the inept front office collaboration that still gets paid to pull the levers for this organization.

We can all collectively move on once the swamp gets drained.
