You either can go on the ball and score or you can't. Feels like the only adjustment that would be made in a playoff series is to put Giannis in the dunker's spot and run offense through Khris Middleton. Which is why I think the ceiling of the Bucks is way lower than everyone else believes it is.
Giannis can’t just keep going iso on Biid. He saw the result of that in the first half and he should have adjusted.
Bud should know that Sixers is not good in defending the PnR. With GHill having a hot hand, he should have run a lot more of a 2man game with Ghill and Giannis. It should open up things for them.
Another option is to run DHO with Korver and Giannis, this could force us to switch Jrich on Giannis where Giannis can attack him.
This is like the Raps series where Brett was stubborn to keep attacking Biid against Gasol. If it’s not working, you adjust.
Those are some quality situational adjustments, but from a macro perspective, I don't think you can rely on Hill and Korver being solutions to any of your weaknesses in a playoff series.
If Middleton isn't performing and producing like a star, I don't think the Bucks have a shot.
Bledsoe should step up in that series. Another option is Middleton (or one of their top guys) attacking Tobi’s defense.
Simply, they can’t just rely on Giannis putting his head down attacking Biid or Al.
