We beat two bad teams in a row on the road. Can we take down Toronto who is ahead of us on national tv? I have my doubts. Will need a total lockdown defensive performance to have a chance. Most likely we get waxed as we do against any decent/good teams on the road.

I'm going to continue lobbying for 30mpg for Korkmaz going forward.

Vegas has us as 7 point underdogs. It's been great to see Simmons getting easy looks as a roll man. Gotta keep feeding him, and hopefully he'll embrace that part of his game. A suped-up version of Draymond Green I think is what Ben should shoot for unless / until he develops a perimeter game.

The Sixers are 9-14 on the road thus far. The Raptors are 6-12 against teams with a winning record. Both teams riding 4 game win streaks.

This one is a toss up. Still don't trust the Sixers on the road. Winning tonight would be a step in the right direction.

Agree but I don't see how we can keep that level of intensity up for a whole game, much less all season. That was locked in playoff defense. That said, hopefully we can see it more often. Brett should show them that 4th quarter Nets game film any time he needs to get the team focused on D again.

I want to see Simmons be ultra aggressive tonight despite the fact he's going to see an iron curtain defense. I would love to see him score several buckets in the 4th quarter and just control the game. To be clear, I'm not expecting this at all. I'm anticipating more of a 15 points, 12 in the first half, disappear in the 4th quarter type of game that he often delivers against good teams. Prove me wrong Ben.

I think it depends a lot on his FT shooting. If he feels confident, he gets more aggressive. If he's missing from the line, he gets more tentative.

That's why it would be huge for him to become a 70% FT shooter. That hesitation on offense could be completely gone.
