It was a good effort but now with the Lakers, Kings and Warriors (with Steph back) the losses are gonna keep adding up. Would’ve been nice to pull this one out.

Hello,
76ers championship window has disappeared. We had a championship window but Elton Brand ruined it. Butler Trade as a rental was bad and so was Tobias harris. Signing Harris for the contract was even worse as he is 20 M player.

Expect Pelicans and Memphis to be the new challengers. Lesson learned never to hire a rookie as GM We will end the regular season as 6 seed with match up against Boston in the first round.

Why did Kork play in the end instead of Matisse?

There was also a stretch when the score was 87-80, where Korkmaz was out there killing us. 16-2 run before they got him out. Korkmaz shouldn't ever see the floor in any road game against a quality opponent.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

I missed it. Is it watchable or should I just watch Shake highlights?

I'd say its watchable. Can't really be too mad about this one. Rough stretch in the 3rd, but they scrapped and hung around.

You can miss most of the third and around half of the fourth. We make a surge towards the end.

Good effort despite being short players. We shot almost 50% from 3 point land on high volume. 21 (3s).

We would have given a the Bucks a run for their money on a road game.

I’m just hoping for a 1-3 road trip. 2-2 would be icing on the cake. By time. Stay within range of Miami/Indiana. But we need to get players healthy at least for the last 10 games of the season. Shake has proven he needs to play consistent minutes. That’s all. Ben can slide to the 4 slot with horford in the 5 slot. Shake and embiid can obviously work. Brett should be able to find an easy 20-25 minutes for shake.

The real issue is Ben plays so many minutes. Does he really need to play that many minutes especially his back injury. If you reduce bens minutes to preserve his back. You can find minutes for shake.

But shake and kork are defensive liabilities.

If Shake Milton played for the Celtics, every national basketball podcast would spend the next week talking about him as a future superstar.

I am being pragmatic. The team assembled by Elton Brand is not a team that will win the NBA championship. The pieces don't fit very well. Philly is also not an ideal Free agent destination and not sure ownership will pay the luxury tax.

The three players making the most salary in the roster have issues -
Embiid is really fragile and no one is sure he can play 28 playoff games 40+ minutes without breaking down.
Tobias is taking up the biggest chunk of salary cap space and he is not worth the salary.
Al is washed out and each year his performance will decline.

"HOME COOKING!" That's what Paul George said when the Sixers beat the Clippers in Philly. In Philly, the foul difference was 19-11 in favor of the Sixers. In LA it was28-17 in favor of Clippers. 21 more free throws in this game for the Clippers. Not only that, a ton of no calls went in the Clippers favor in this game - at least 3 Paul George offensive push offs, a Lou Williams travel, Shake Milton getting fouled by Bullock on a drive....the refs spotted the Clippers at least conservatively 10 points. Margin of the game was 6. Just disgusting.

Keep up the good work Shake.

I think we end this road trip 2-2.
The Accession of Paul Reed is upon us !

You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.
