The team seemed like they were content to just bleeding out the shot clock and hoping their lead would hold. Lakers hitting 3 straight 3s (and BS offensive foul) put a damper on that

Yeah for the life of me, don't know why we let Ben dribble out the clock like that.....its not like he's going to do anything with it when the clock runs down.

I'd rather see Jojo doing that than see Ben standing there doing it, and that's saying alot.

I thought it was pretty clear that Schroeder’s press was affecting Ben and eating up the clock. Doc should have called a timeout and tried something different. I would have tried to get Ben to post Schroeder up.

Jojo looked gassed/hurt at the end, otherwise he should have gotten the ball, but there were possessions where he was standing like 30’ out.

And groom Shake. He still needs to tighten his handles a little, but I could see him being a great half court option when things get tight as he improves.

Exactly.

Give me old big butt Lowry running the team over Curry/Harris/Simmons handling the rock down the stretch.

I mean, I get that you're repeating a word that I used... But did you think it made sense in this context?

Simmons had a great game in general. If you want to put your little blinders on and just constantly hate on the dude, have it. Won't be the first poster on my block list

Do what you do, I guarantee I won’t lose one ounce of sleep

I couldn’t care less, neither will anyone here

If we're ever going to win a game w/out Jo, it should be Fri night @ a crippled MIN. Although I have my doubts we would win.

Glad we won.....still pissed off about Lebastard pushing Jojo while he was in mid air about to dunk on him.

Somehow, I can't get that out of my mind and still mad about that play. Lebum walked away like he didn't do anything.

This again. End of game scenarios, especially in tight defensive possessions are still an extreme prayer for this team. There also isn't a gameplan either you can tell the players were improvising down the stretch (and made it a lot tougher than it needed to be), because we don't have a consistent and reliable form of offense.

I think we can go to the finals w Lowry. The problem is fitting his $30M salary without gutting your depth too much.

Are you serious? We should feel lucky if he didn't break his back. You're ridiculous. If he misses a game, then we should consider ourselves lucky. Even three. That was a scary ass fall.

Ben turns into all star Ben around all star time

Same problems every year never changes.... on the team and the function of the team.

It’s the 2018 team but its a better version of it.

2nd/ECF at best. ECF if Ben knew all star selection was coming up in the playoffs lol.
Teams not going anywhere without a pg and or a star combo wing.

Rose are red Ben won’t ever be a superstar they’re playing basketball not 5ft ball. Can bookmark this doesn’t matter.

Hey Ben your a big man without big man skills trying to a PG without PG skills.
Ain’t hating on Ben just know what he is:

14/8/8/2/1 All NBA defensive wing in the playoffs and a fine 3rd option provided the other two are stud offensive players. We have one but not the second.

Anyone fan fixed on more than that is as ignorant as Ben is.

Ah well I’m gunning for Embiid go for that MVP you basketball savant.

We don't have to send 30M for Lowry. Scott, Green and Ferguson salaries (24M) can get it done. It just depends what TOR will want for Lowry.
