I don't think you can aggregate TPE and salaries...but I could be wrong.
If I'm right, it's hard to find a competent starter (at least more than Curry or Green) for the 8-10M contract size

I may be wrong, but I be think if you do a separate trade with a 2nd team, then turn around and package to that player with others to a 3rd team, I believe that can be done.
Example: 76ers trade a fake 2nd to Bulls for Felicio's 7.5 million, to fit into the exception. Then turn around and trade Felicio, Scott, Ferguson and Maxey for Oladipo.


As a 3 way trade that would work. However the Bulls would have to send the fake 2nd so it could be routed to Houston.
