Next 3 versus Clippers, Denver, and Cleveland likely losses but still a 500 road trip without Joel. I will take it.

Here’s the thing about D12. Not that he’s past his prime, he plays like Dennis Rodman that he tries to get under the skin of the player. Sometimes it ends up like what happened tonight but sometimes it worked wonder, watch the 2020 playoff at the bubble against the Nuggets where his physicality took Jokic out of his game.

True but this game was not the game to be that guy. Embiid is out and we just traded Bradley, this was a game where we need Howard on the court.

Depends on your POV.

Montrezl is a guy who you can easily get inside his head. He’s not gonna dennis rodman his way on Gasol, who IMO is the smartest big in the game.

And D12 knows what he is doing plus he has better credentials, if that play is simulates a 100 times, i think D12 will get a favorable call.

Then you also maybe right. You gamble based on your chip size. Maybe you take less risk tonight because of our roster situation.

But then.. you also have to consider the lakers are shorthanded. If you can take Montrezl out, he’d be a bigger loss than D12

Which team is better, this Philly team or the 2018 team that won 8 in a row without Embiid?
