Wow. You'd practically be handing the chip to GS, but sign me up.

Call me crazy but that’s too much for SGA. That would be a great package for OKC

From our POV, Simmons and two picks for SGA is too much? I'd have to disagree.

Hmm, I don't have Sabonis worth that much, and I don't see why OKC would consider that, and if they would, I don't see why the Warriors wouldn't just figure out how to get SGA for themselves.

Yup this is a very good one!

If GSW dont want sabonis because of his redundancy with Green, maybe GSW doesn’t trade Kuminga and Pacers trades them Myles Turner instead.

I love this. My version of the trade would go
PHI sends Ben, 2022 1st
PHI receives SGA, Lamb

GSW sends Moody, Kuminga, Wiseman
GSW receives Sabonis

IND sends Sabonis, Lamb
iND receives Simmons

OKC sends SGA
OKC receives Moody, Kuminga, Wiseman, PHI 2022 1st

We could have something like
SGA Curry Green Harris Embiid
Maxey Lamb Matisse Niang Drummond

This trade works in nba trade machine. star power for sacramento. Phi gets usefull pieces, Houston move on and get draft compensation.

Phi gets: Gordon, haliburton and bagley (out Simmons, green, milton and reed) and acquire 1 rnd 2022 sacr (top 3 protected) and 2 rnd pick 2023 sacramento, 2023 pick 1rnd swap sacramento

Sacramento gets wood, Simmons, milton (out haliburton, bagley, hield and len)

Houston gets d. Green, len, reed and b. Hield (out wood, gordon) and aqcuire 1 rnd phi 2022 pick, 2024 2rnd portland pick via sacr, 1 rnd pick 2024 sacramento (top 3 protected).

Phi gets haliburton good nr 3/4 on team, passing ability/Ball handling skills, will get better. Gordon looks like upgrade for d. Green/milton. Bagley good rebounder. 2022 and 2024 1 rnd picks upgraded and 2023 2rnd pick.
Not amazing return for Simmons but not bad either. Makes the team better right now, better draft in upcoming years. If haliburton develops well it could be homerun. Also some cap flexibility. Maybe ask for 2026 pick swap sacramento as well?

To Dallas: Tobias, Shake, Bagley III
To Sac: THJ, Powell
To PHI: Kleber, Hield

Why for Dallas? Tobias makes a 3rd wheel to Zinger and Doncic. Bagley is a young big who could use a fresh start. Shake brings a good contract for a decent player and goes back to Texas where he played college ball. They don't really give up too much here either. Taking on Tobi hurts but he fits better with them and would be reunited with Bobi. Maybe they get a pick as well.

Why for Sac? They're in the market to make a shakeup and have mentioned both Hield and Bagley as pieces to move. They get 2 vet contributors who also fit fairly well and can make a playoff push. Maybe Sac gets a pick too?

Why for Philly? 2 shooters that fit better than the 2 players being sent out.

2nd trade

To Boston: Ben Simmons, Kevin Knox
To NYK: Danny Green, Dennis Schroder
To PHI: Brown, Kemba

Why for Boston? Add to the rumored interest in Simmons and in using Dennis as a trade piece. Gets them back a project in Knox who could thrive in a backup role behind Tatum.

Why for NYK? Kemba isn't in the rotation, but Schroder might be. Danny brings another vet to help them with what they think is a playoff push. Knox hasn't worked out in NY.

Why for Philly? Basically Ben for JB and Danny for Kemba. Works for me.

Embiid / Drummond / Bassey
Kleber / Niang / Reed
Brown / Thybulle / Korkmaz
Hield / Curry / Joe
Kemba / Maxey / Springer

So Atlanta is looking to maybe shake things up?

Wonder if we could send them Simmons/Harris/Shake for ... something lol

That's an easy yes for me. And Sacto is ready to shake it up big time apparently, this definitely qualifies.

(Did we wait too late for Murray?) Pop sure seems like as good a coach to figure out Ben as anybody.

Do the trade in the offseason where Harris’ contract is one year less and they’d be giving the first instead IMO.

Haliburton is a good player but I do think he’s overvalued specially with his role on this team when what you need is a scorer and not a do it all PG.

Haliburton is great if you already have someone like Dame to play with Embiid. But right now, we have bigger fish to fish

Haliburton and maxey could be a nice fit I guess. Having curry and Hield to support spacing is nice as well. Changing Barnes for Harris would be an upgrade as well. Not a superstar but a well balanced team.

I seriously doubt Morey is going to target young, inexperienced guys like Haliburton. The Sixers have to win now.

If they’re growing with Maxey and winning with Embiid… you need pieces that can do both. Haliburton is a double check. He is not the flashy scorer. He might not be that big of a difference maker. But he can be an elite complimentary player, like Ben. And with the 1st you get in addition, you can go shopping for the scoring wing you need in the summer.

It bears repeating that it is not about this season. If it was, Simmons would’ve been already dealt months ago. There are multiple issues that need to be addressed before this team is a true contender. Haliburton is a first step, not the last one.

Then the trade is a no go. Sacto has to add or the value just isn’t enough.

I think the value is that they're taking Tobias Harris

This years old, "bad contract" player I'm intrigued with: Eric Gordon.

His percentages are up this year and he's been mostly healthy. I just like that guy. Bowling ball driving the lane, not afraid of the moment, no issue jacking 3s (particularly the really deep, above the break variety). I think he'd be an awesome 3rd guard with Maxey and Curry.
