The worst game with us by far...and he hit the biggest shot of the night.
Kudos.

Niang does more with less athleticism than anyone I can think of. Guy is just a baller.

Guy recognized that was shooting like **** today and started to drive hard to the rack and score in bunches. Impacted the game hard at the end.

I love him

Niang appreciation post.

Guy was marking freaking Giannis last night and did about as well as you could have asked for.

Hit huge shots all game long and brought so much passion and fire.

And then splashed a huge 3 in his face late in the fourth quarter in a tense game.

He has no fear of taking the big shot! I like him in the starting spot especially when James Harden will create 10 open threes game for him.

Every time Niang was looking down the barrel of a Giannis drive in crunch time, I feared for his life. Luckily the team defense was pretty decent down the stretch.

Niang is a gamer, and to me is the glue guy on this roster. Good teams need guys like him, and the fact that he has zero fear of taking a big shot or guarding a Giannis pretty much says it all about him.

Great game last night.

He looks like a championship calibeer role player. He has it all, the skillset, the IQ and the personality.

You absolutely need guys like him to win, he was an awesome pickup.

Doc will never do it, but this would be my starting lineup, and the one I'd like to close most games with.

Harden
Maxey
Green
Niang
Embiid

I'm happy but a little surprised that Doc actually put Niang in the Starting and Closing lineups. If this isn't temporary, James Harden is going to make him a star.

Niang needs to get himself a personal trainer and Chef to transform his body. If he looked the part, he'd have commanded way more money on the open market.

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

If we won a championship with this group I'd cop a Niang jersey.

He also previously says, when speaking about the human aspects of trades, that is sad that a guy like Drummond who didn't play one minute with Ben is affected by his decision to get out of the sixers.

Safe to say he has not a good opinion of Ben. lol

People are crying about the loss of Seth Curry. I'm more than OK with him being gone, if it means Niang is in the Starting Lineup for him and getting his minutes. Unlike Curry, Niang takes contested 3's, and doesn't get run off the line as much.

I just hope he keeps getting up 10 three's per game and forces Doc to keep him in the lineup.
