I'm guessing Jo plays today. Knicks are pretty good, I think this goes to the wire. Can Sam Cassell coach the 4th quarter?

Korkmaz should get the first crack at point guard, I think his playmaking is pretty good, and has the size they are missing. I can't see it working with Curry and Maxey are the backcourt pair, they are getting destroyed on defense, and neither of them can really run the offense.

Anyone seen the net rating with Maxey/Harris/Green on the court? It ain’t pretty, still it’s small sample but I don’t think it’s going to work for the whole season. Way too much overlap on scoring and Green is declining on defense.
50-50 game this one.

I think it's worse than a coin flip in New York

Hilarious thing is even with that we have the fifth best offense on the league with 3 games. Yeah stupid small sample but it mean we can still figure out ways to be a better team.
Problem with that unit, i'll say, is both Maxey and Harris want to drive to the rim at the same time and both are average at it.
This is a difficult game but i don't think the Knicks are THAT good, they just lose to the Magic.

Might be a bit of an over correction there Glen/Darryl

Early days into the season, so losses all round will occur. Celtics look like doo doo for example.
I mean anything south of stud team can beat anyone on their day there’s like 15 or so teams bunched together working things out like us.
Maxey got 7fts last game so hopefully that and the shooting continues to improve.
Harris is like beating a dead horse, he is what he is lol.

I’m hoping for 5 free throws for Maxey this game. As long as he’s aggressive looking to score instead of catering he plays a lot better.

Who were those other 2 players to average 20/10/80% free throws for their career?

The occasional three from Green is nice, but man if he's not playing defense, we have to limit his role or get rid of him.

Danny taketh away, Danny giveth. Our offense looks horrible btw. No penetration, and no idea why we are having Jo shoot this much from three. He was an MVP as a midrange beast and a post player, but yeah let's make him a shooter, without Ben Simmons. You have an MVP calibre player, and you go away what worked for him last year. JUST lol.

Also, Jo's free throws have not been great this year. I think it's because he's not getting to the line as much, and can't get into a rhythm.

Would you rather have R.J. Barrett over Zion Williamson in a playoff series?
