Game 10 - 76ers at Bulls - Nov 6th - 8:00 pm EST

Another one bites the dust as Thybulle is out due to COVID protocols, joining Harris and Joe.
So if Green and Korkmaz are still out, we're down to only 8 players, 3 of which are centers:
PG Maxey
SG Curry
SF Milton
PF Niang | Reed
CE Embiid | Drummond | Bassey
We REALLY need Green and/or Korkmaz back for this one. Perhaps they should rest Embiid since we have 2 other centers available anyway and it looks like a lost cause. Gonna need Maxey to play basically the whole game again.
Time's yours...

Gonna to be a rough week. Down too many players. Agree should just rest embiid.
These regular season games mean nothing. Just win the games against tanking teams like Detroit Orlando in the east. Sorta of bad teams like Indiana charlotte Cleveland (who actually has winning record) and similar teams in the west.

My guess is Harris, Thybulle, and Joe were the Sixers book club.

If we beat the Bulls with 8 guys, Bulls should rebuild from scratch immediately

I dont think we should not allow players to play games if they tested positive, unless they have symptoms.
If that’s the case then we might as well play in the bubble than playing russian roulette on whether a player will be positive or not when we dont have control at all if the players are in contact with the virus on their own time
Do teams now have to be on their own bubble in playoffs to not risk players getting covid and not playing?
Because if im in charge and i really want to win it, i would put my entire team in a bubble.

Why would it matter if they have symptoms or not?

I read that you’re way likely to transmit more if u have symptoms than without symptoms. A simple temperature check would do, so its also easier to detect which player should play or not.
And if they’re vaccinated and got covid, then let them just play. Thats the reason u get vaccinated for covid to not hurt you that will enable u to continue with ur life when you get it. ..unless you’re not confident with the effectivity of the vaccines.
*btw i got vaccinated because i have to travel with my girlfriend. Before that, i dont see any reason for me to take the vax but I did had my parents take it because i know they’re at risk. I had mild covid (delta variant) like back in july, i still was able to run but not that long compared to before. Then I had pfizer, after the first dose, my doctor told me not to lift weights but i can do run my 10K. Honestly, i feel something in my heart like a very slight pinch whenever i run or exercise, but it went away. I might take a rest once i get my second dose lol

I don't know, just let the young guys play. Maxey and Reed can easily go for 40 minutes no problem. Lets roll em out there and see what they can do. Call up Springer for a night. We need either Korkmaz or Green to play. It'd be nice if they both could go. I'll say this, if we can somehow beat them tonight with this depleted roster, I'll be a believer. Should be an early night for Embiid though as I don't see hanging with them past the second quarter. Should be a great opportunity for Paul Reed and even Bassey if they decide to sit Embiid.

Sit Embiid. Not wasting wear and tear in an almost certain L.
Unless Simmons wants $360k. Lol

Ben Simmons could turn the narrative around by showing up and playing tonight with the rest of the roster decimated. Would be a great way to win back the fanbase and his teammates.
Too bad he's too stubborn and selfish to do it...

Oh yeah, I am sure that Ben is feeling a heap of goodwill towards the Sixers right now

Why rest Embiid? It's not like we're coming off of a back-to-back. Hopefully Green and Kork can go.

I understood the short notice last game, but Henry and/Springer should be called up for this one just to have bodies if Korkmaz and Green can’t play.
