Let us never speak of Andre Drummond again.

Everyone relax, Drummond is not our starter. He's a great backup

Embiid misses lots of games every season

Drummond is not a great backup in those circumstances

Well we do have Reed and Bassey and you can put them in depending on the matchups and all but I guess Doc has his own ideas that take a long time to change in collision with reality.

Worst is just about over

Early season was honeymoon

Next part was Covid impacted

When Joel & Tobias come back for an extended period, management can assess what we have

Was getting killed on space on the second quarter.

We should have tried with Reed but Doc has him on the dog house, god knows why.

Oh I didn't see , I started watching start of the 2nd half when the fun ended.

Anyways I think that was apart of Bassey draft report. His questionable ability to guard out to the perimeter .

Seems like with D.Green as their biggest guy (and not a perimeter threat) Reeds speed would have been the better play. :(

I knew it was over when Poole hit that half court heave before the second ended. Our guys are being asked to do way too much without embiid and Harris. We're doing the best we can right now, really nothing to blame other than injuries/co

It was a fun game till Niang did the idiotic push/shove 100-91 and Kork made the 3 pointer that was negated by Niang foul. That would have made it 100-94

Things just got out of hand after that. Layup drill by golden state running the same drop off hand off dash to the basket. They must have scored or fouled on same exact play 8-9 times during the game. That crap doesn’t happen with embiid in the paint. Just embiid presence means teams don’t dare even attempt it

The Warriors really impressed me. Their tempo blitzes teams on the break and the Kerr/Curry offense is just menacing for defenders to keep up with.

Guys like OPJ and Bjelica (Process hater) were awesome pickups. Klay isn't even back yet either.

Also Jordan Poole is awesome, and even Wiggins was making plays defensively.

They're going to be a tough out for anyone. I'd love to see them and the Suns go at it in the playoffs.

They are a fun team. And could be unbeatable if klay comes back to even 90% of his former self. But their biggest weakness is still
The center position. I just don’t see those drives happening with embiid in the paint defending.

And I’m not sure golden state can afford to have draymond on embiid for long stretches in the post. Drsymond drove embiid a little crazy when they met in March. Did a good job with some help defense. But he’s just way too small for embiid so looney as to play much more

Steph Curry might be the one player in the sport I would pay $50m per year.

He's one of the 5 most talented/skilled players on the planet. And he's #1 in terms of marketability, loyalty, and likeability.

Wouldn't be surprised if they address the C position at the deadline if Wiseman proves to still not be ready, and probably will regardless.

They are just lethal - it was almost as if they were toying with us and at halftime said "okay, party's over". If Klay gives them anything, I'm not sure who can beat them, provided they stay healthy.

I think people need to rewatch the first quarter. Drummond wasn’t just okay, he was very very good, instrumental to us getting the lead. He was stopping dribble penetration, and swallowing up defensive rebounds. Against the Warriors starting lineup, he was effective.

The blame is on Doc for not adjusting when GSW went to a small single-big lineup to close the game, like they’ve done for years at this point. Drummond couldn’t defend in space against that kind of lineup, but Doc should have pulled him earlier. Honestly, even Embiid will struggle against those lineups: he has to make sure to punish them on the other end.

I'm not a big gambler but have an account due to a social punters club. Have never bet on NBA in my life. I checked the odds when the Sixers were 19 points up, GSW were paying $2.73 for the win. Put $100 on. Safest bet I've ever made.
