I've missed every game he's played meaningful minutes in, so I guess it's "incomplete". I had low expectations due to injuries, but I believe he could have a Seth Curry type career if he puts it all together.

In every game I saw him in with the Sixers they played him at the point and he was decidedly unimpressive. Likely can score at this level with some experience, but did not look close to NBA ready to me.
