a loss tonight would drop us to the 4th seed, while a win would hold down the 2nd spot

james harden plays basketball tonight

seems everyone is good to go tonight injury wise. the bulls are slip and sliding, 4th loss in a row and they cannot get a win over a good team in either conference so they're going to be desperate.

joel needs to rebound his play badly, the numbers are always there, but i haven't seen a dominant performance from him since harden has arrived. and maybe we don't need to see him takeover games anymore, but it'd be nice to see him dictate the flow and play at his own tempo. he's seemed flustered the past few and relying way too much on the whistle for his production.

lets win this one. go sixers

I hate playing teams on losing streak, most especially good teams because you know it’s going to end sometime and they are going to be hungry.

Embiid will have an extra day of rest with the next game Thurs, don't need to sit him yet. Next b2b maybe.

Yeah, without Lonzo and Carusso their defense isn't good enough to slow Harden/Maxey in the wings.

Pairing Thompson and Vucevic probably will slow Joel tho

This needs to be a game where they establish some defensive presence early and don't let the opposing team have their way on the court.

Paul Millsap out. In the future this will be known as the "DeAndre Jordan Game"!

Embiid should feast against this Bulls frontline. The whole offense should really thrive without Lonzo and Caruso playing. Dosunmu is a nice defensive player but guarding Maxey or Harden are big tasks.

I’m expecting a shootout because Thybulle can’t guard both Derozan & Lavine. I’d probably put him on Derozan and have Maxey pester Lavine as best he can.

Actually the best game to sit him would be Sunday. We play the Nets at home Thursday, then let Joel skip the trip to Orlando and come back for the 2nd game of the BtB against Denver at home on Monday.

I suggest we don't go down 20 to start this time.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
