It's okay to have a small collection of washed dudes if they still bring an elite trait to the table.

Jordan is washed, but still provides elite shotblocking/rebounding. Redick can still provide elite spacing.

Harden making Tiise playable on offense is nuts

Amazing how much difference it is when your primary playmaker is feared as a scorer and draws players TO HIM and not have them socially distance from him.

Embiid/Harden have been pretty tough on Maxey and he has responded. Harris, not as much. I want to see them target Thybulle next and get him hitting corner threes.

Harden’s least impressive game and still was in total control and setting guys up. Hoping he attacks more as the season goes on. Should break Reggie’s 3s against the Nets. The place will be going nuts all game.

Our Prima Donna was so so first half (nothing like last game though) but he turned it on after half time.

Like last year after the all star break he had his ups and downs so I reckon it’s a minutes issue more than anything else. Best year he’s had but still have manage the time aspect.

Harden was very poor tonight but Embiid really played well. Deandre Jordan did some good things. That is all he needs to do is keep Embiid fresh in the fourth

Furk the only player to not see the court tonight lol. I hope this becomes a trend, and not Doc's version of tough love.

Problem now in the playoffs there’s 3 very well oiled defensive teams (Bucks, Celtics, Heat) that will force Harris or Thybulle as the release shot.

Half court press on Harden into a quick blindside double when Embiid’s back is turned into a close out or leave Thybulle open for the shot. Will probably be trouble down the line as the Celtics are the best team in the comp at floating defensively and generating contested/steals from position to position. Rather see Niang and Green in those spot up slots tbh as Harris is a poor driver at his size.

Boogie has been playing really well in Denver as the backup 5. Not the type of center we needed but feeling a bit of FOMO right now

Sixers playing matchup zone a good bit ghe last couple games. Seems a way to play that switchy D Harden likes without making it a pure switch everything scheme. Some aggressive traps out of it at times, but didn’t help any with the defensive rebounding. Interesting look.

Great win, I feel like the true tests will come from Milwaukee, Miami, and Brooklyn in the playoffs. If we can get past them, we can get to the finals this year. Hopefully we don't have to play all three of them.

Best part about the game is learning Kork is no longer in the rotation (hopefully).

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
