Over/under on total step back 3s between the two teams this game? Lol

Mavs coming off two big wins against the Celtics and Nets, looking to complete a clean sweep of the Atlantic Division juggernauts. Luka of course will be a handful, but hopefully we can put a lil streak together as we close out the season.

Go Sixers
always a jump shot away.

Hoping for a W since I think Embiid will feast on their bigs.

They have more perimeter talent tho and Luka is just too strong for Thybulle to guard. I think it’ll come down to how well Spencer Dinwidde plays compared to Tobias as funny as that sounds lol.

I hope if we are planning on sitting Embiid/Harden for any of these back to backs, that we sit them together. one loss, and win the other, rather than sit them staggered and lose them both.

or play them in both and go for wins... i don't know.

I may be nuts, but I think Tobias may actually do a decent job guarding Luka. He’s played well defensively the last couple of games, guarding everybody from wings to small centers. Luka suits some of Tobias’ defensive strengths.

I also share the same thought.

Luka is a great player and he can score on anyone. But I find him having a hard time scoring against mobile player with his size, specially when longer than him.

You're rarely going to shut players of that nature down, but if you can limit them to an output below their typical level, you stand a much better shot of winning. Hopefully that's what Harris can accomplish.

If Doncic goes off, but Dinwiddie and Brunson get nothing, the Sixers will win. That's how you should play the Mavs IMO.

So you guys rather try Tobias on Luka and Matisse on the other perimeter players like Spencer or Brunson?

Either way they play it on defense the sixers should win this one if embiid and harden both play.

Possible. Or Thybulle defends DFS where he can roam or hunt for deflections

Letting Thybulle play CF is a good idea.

I can see Maxey being targeted this game by Luka .

Tobias on Luka
Harden on DFS
Tisse on Dinwiddie
Maxey on Brunson

Maxey has to be aggresive from the beggining to the end. We need him to attack slow footed Brunson.

My question is how Glenn will handle the three games in four days - who is sitting and when? I'm not concerned about seeding, as we have all pretty much concluded that being the 3,4 or 5 seed is preferable to anything higher. With a west coast trip looming, I would hope both guys will sit at least one of these three out.

I want them to sit everyone tomorrow vs. Miami. They have the 1 seed basically on lock down anyway.

Hopefully Kentucky losing last night will give him extra motivation to be aggressive tonight.
