I never thought this team was a title contender even after the trade, so I'm not as disappointed as some other people. Still think they have a high upside if you get the best versions of the top 4 guys in the playoffs. We shall see.

Definitely Maxey's fault that Harden and Joel dribbled off their feet every posession in the fourth.

Lol we lost to a team that shot 25% from three. Sit Harden for a week and live with the consequences. James Harden can't be averageing more then 33-35 minutes a game thats not how it works with a guy his age and mileage. You take out the 25 he played in a blowout win over Chicago and he is averaging 38 minutes a game over a 14 game span. That is ridiculous. Giannis doesnt average those kinds of minutes in the regular season when games are jammed close together. Doc needs to be fired after the season and Morey needs to get some flipping bench players. 8 points from the bench. Harden was great two nights ago and horrible tonight its not because he is cooked. He is still nursing the remnants of an injury and is getting over-played he just is.

Do NOT blame this on Maxey, this was all Harden and Embiid playing hero ball.

Harden is first to blame, but Maxey has disappeared these last few games plus the one against Brooklyn. He’s very good but also hasn’t stepped up.

Harden iso ball is harder on his body, easy to defend with a quick double team and makes tge rest of the team stand around. Embiid was over dribbling and under passing. They didn’t play like this when Harden first arrived, they need to be superstars by making others better…except DAJ, no one can make that hot mess better.

I think Giannis is the MVP, this dude is a monster. Rooting for them, the Suns and Grizzlies... Fun teams... Sixers I obviously root for, but theyr'e not going to be doing anything.

Doc completely oblivious to how his entitlement/matter of fact responses in post-game interviews comes across.

Anyone notice the team collectively has become hesitant to shoot lately? When Harden first got here, guys were pulling the trigger on 3's. Lately, it seems like Harris has finally started shooting, but everyone else is hesitating. Maxey, Niang, Green, Thybulle. Whole lot of pump faking leading to worse shots.

Nets and Bucks. Two teams with two tall 4&5s.

Nets ending game with 3 guards and two 7 footers

So relieved to have Jordan's tremendous presence back out there tonight. No way in hell a young, hungry, talented player like Reed or Bassey could replace that kind of productivity.

Harden was giving sweet pace accelerating feeds when he came here. Embiid was spraying the ball all over the place with passes all season.

Maxey is getting late shot clock shots stuffed in a corner and teams are defending Niang at the three point line. Jazz couldn’t play Niang in the playoffs last year.

Might be better moving Maxey to the bench and start someone like Milton or Korkmaz. Let Powell come up and play the Seth Curry role, and for god’s sake stop playing Jordan at all.

So true, along with that vet leadership and experience that Doc treasures

Didn’t think it could get worse than Brett Brown

I was wrong

Just a hideous loss, and the thing that jumped out at me was the complete lack of movement or rhythm all night on offense. It was ISO ball all night, either dump it to Embiid or Harden ISO with the other three guys standing around. What the f***k was Glenn watching to allow this to happen all freaking night?

Every time Embiid put the ball on the floor the Pistons doubled him, and how many turnovers did they create? That was clearly Casey's plan, and Glenn just kept banging his head against that same wall.

A big part of this is Glenn urging Harden to be more 'aggressive' instead of moving the ball the way he was when he got here. What were they averaging, 125-130 pts. in those games? And getting everyone invlolved, Niang and Green on fire, Maxey looking like an all-star, etc. What possible reason would you go away from that?

I've maintained all along that this is far from a finished product and Morey has some serious work to do this summer, but more and more I'm convinced that if a coaching change isn't made to remove this incompetent, arrogant clown, it won't matter what other personnel moves are made. We will never win as long as Rivers is the coach.

Vintage Glenn. They're standing around, so what the f***k is he doing about it?

Well, on the bright side DeAndre Jordan was back tonight. Good to have his experience and savvy in there.

I'll tell you this, it's not really smart pissing off your stars. First Embiid rips him and now he throws Harden under the bus? That certainly isn't Job Security 101, but Glenn is so arrogant that probably doesn't even occur to him.
