Good to see him end up with OKC on a multi-year deal: should be a good opportunity for him with playing time and a quality front office.
I think he’s an NBA player; he just didn’t quite get there quickly enough for us. Seems like a hard working kid who’s easy to root for.

Damn. Why wasn’t he traded? Seems like he had some decent value around the L.
always a jump shot away.

Jaden Springer better be good.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Seems like we always had a thing for guards who "just need to learn how to shoot" lol. I still don't understand how the FO cut Joe but left Korkmaz, at least for now. Joe had some upside.

Korkmaz's contract is guaranteed. Joe's wasn't.Zumramania wrote:76ciology wrote:Jaden Springer better be good.

Re: Isaiah Joe appreciation thread
I think if he had value, he would've been traded. For example, why would OKC trade anything besides junk for him? I doubt he's going to be very high in their rotation and they aren't competing for anything. Just waited for the cuts and looked around to see if they wanted to take a chance on anyone as a low risk move. Doesn't mean he can't be the next Covington, but he's not that yet.Iverson Armband wrote:Damn. Why wasn’t he traded? Seems like he had some decent value around the L.

I hope Joe sticks somewhere. He has talent. He just might be a little too streaky for a guy who is supposed to be a shooter.
