Coming off a massive win in Boston missing the newly crowned MVP, can we do it again? Putting the Celtics into a 2-0 hole coming back to Philadelphia would be massive.

I will be very surprised if Embiid plays tonight. Can Paul Reed play again like in the 2nd half of Game 1?

Maxey and Tobias gave us what we needed last time. Will they keep it going? Who else will step up ala Melton in G1?

And most importantly, can James turn the clock back to Houston Harden once again?

To be honest, I'll be shocked if we steal this one as the Celtics should be desperate. We're a 10-point underdog again.

But that's why they play the game. This team is resilient and believes it's never out of it.

Time's yours...

Whether Embiid plays or not, Boston isn't going down 0-2 with two consecutive losses at home to start the series.

These are the kinds of games where personnel and Xs and Os hardly matter. Pride will prevail.

Would be shocked if we win this one as 10 point underdogs, but was also shocked Monday when we won with the line at like 9.5. At least some pressure is on the Celtics now and maybe they play tight.

A win here without Embiid would mean the Celtics are fraudulent, which would be nice. My main hope is we get out of this game with no injuries.

Wonder if we’ll see 2nd half B-Ball at the start of tonight’s game. Can’t expect Harden to dominate like last time, but between him, Maxie and Melton we could see an elite backcourt effort. Maybe time for Harris to surprise us.

Given what happened in game 1 this seems like the kind of game the higher seed should come out and win by like 15-20 pts.

I think Embiid will play Game 3 as the new MVP, even in a limited role. Game 2 no need as splitting their home court is a big win.

It looks like he's playing today.

I hope the team isn't rushing him out there

God I hope he's ready. I imagine everyone wants to step on the throats after the first win. If he tweaks his knee again or worse, I'm going to be pissed.

Hope he’s close to fully healthy, otherwise no point bringing him back this game.

I hope Embiid sits this one. This game is a recipe for a worse injury, and we all know he's not 100%.

Boston will play super aggressive to not go down 0-2, Embiid will play aggressive because he's back and he's the MVP, and I can just see Mahcus Smahtass or some other doofus they got on that team trying to "accidentally" injure the big fella. It's the Saltics, afterall.

Take a couple more days and savor your moment, Joel. And then come out as the MVP at home in South Philly on Friday.

Looks like he’s on track to play. Makes me nervous. I just hope the team / doctors would discourage him from rushing back too early.

Boston coach be sending out whatever 10th/11th/12th men on the bench and telling them "SWEEP THE LEG"

Why do coaches get paid millions if their game plan doesn’t matter in a critical playoff game?

Don't you know? Basketball is not a sport, it's a mental battle, planning and tactics are for losers
