How many threads will we need until Harden is finally traded? I'm guessing at least 6.

Should probably have a dedicated thread, actually...

Who do the sixers want from the clippers ? Mann? Zubac ?

Mann would be nice. Unfortunately, it seems like the Clippers are reluctant to part with him though.

I think the Mann thing is just a ploy to keep as many picks as possible. They treat him as an untouchable now so when they finally throw him in it will look like a huge concession.

Clipper playing hardball. Clips needs Harden more than we do. Take note that most times on superteams the first year is more of a trial. Harden is also getting older. If this life boat sailed away from the Clips, they’re done. Atleast for us, we still have time with Maxey and Biid that we can do a 1 year tank and a big cap space next year.

I still believe we need to get whichever 3rd star we have in mind this summer. 2024 free agency would be great for a stab at a high upside #3 or #4 like OG or good depth like Dinwiddie/Slomo. We should not be relying on getting Kawhi, LeBron, George, or Siakam next summer.
2025-2026 Philadelphia 76ers:

Maxey/McCain/Lowry
Grimes/Edgecombe/Gordon
Oubre/Edwards/Council
George/Watford/Walker
Embiid/Bona/Drummond/Broome

I'd prefer OG over LaVine in a vacuum, but he'll be a lot more expensive considering who we'd be dealing with in a potential trade.

He’s an expiring contract looking for more than he’s worth after the year. It’s different than Ben. Can’t let him rot to gain value

Do you guys think Bamba should start with Biid? Im warming up to that idea.

Start:
Biid
Bamba

Bench:
Reed/Biid or Reed/Bamba

3rd string Harrell, mostly used when Biid is out.

Wanted to be traded when he was with the Magic. Played mostly with another big with WCS.

Was injured most of the time when he was with the Lakers. Was traded to play with AD.

Signed here because it sounds like Biid told him they will play together and expecting he will because of Nurse system which run a lot of double bigs.

Was one of the best 3pt shooting bigs and is a very good shot blocker, probably is elite among Cs with having both skillset

I want to see versatility.... Tucker, Mo, Bball, Melton capable of rotating in with each other. But I just think they're starting Tucker. , But I hope you see it. I think it could work just as much because Joel's a shooter as Mo being capable. I still think Reed doesn't know how to play basketball, but theoretically he could kill in the dunker spot but setting screens, or playing smart enough as a starter isn't likely. Though the versatility to play really big or small is always good.

But in my mind Mo is essentially the McDaniels replacement. Along with expecting more House.

Based purely on anecdotal evidence, it feels like Bamba was in the PJ Tucker role on offense for the Magic. Seemed very comfortable hitting the corner three. The Lakers kept getting him the ball at the top of the key where his accuracy was a bit more chaotic.

I think Embiid and him could play together, but Bamba is pretty slow footed and would get killed by faster forwards.
