Anyone know what the terms and conditions of this deal are? I see that it's a one year deal but is it fully guaranteed? Green makes a good vet locker room presence but from a playing standpoint, he's pretty much done especially after his latest injury. Much like with bringing Trez back, I have no idea what Daryl is thinking here.

Don't see why he can't be a solid 8-9th man in a rotation playing 10-15 MPG. He was fine with CLE last season.

James is gonna be pissed when he finds out he's now the 3rd option.
They say an analytics man doesn't have a heart, but I ran the numbers and nothing can be further from the truth - Sam Hinkie probably

If it is go replace Tucker as our resident graybeard because Tucker goes out the door in a trade with Harden then I’m all for it.

I thought he must be coming back in some kind of assistant coaching or front office gig. Huh. Wow.

This feels like a move by someone who's out of ideas and just going through the motions. There's always a handful of post hype former lotto picks available that I'd much rather fill out the roster with on minimum deals. At least there's an outside chance they put it together under a coach who already has a few significant player development successes. Danny Green has both a low floor and a low ceiling.

It's just too bad we didn't have Danny Green and PJ Tucker on this team 6-7 years ago.
It's whatever I guess. If he has anything left, I'm sure we'll get it from him. I don't expect much from him, but he can still shoot it and he can still defend, and he plays a position that we happen to covet. I mean...Morey dove right into the bargain bin with this one.

Why would we sign Terence Davis when we can sign late 30s, completely obliterated knee Danny Green?

The problem with our squad is we got spot up shooters who aren’t threats to cut to the rim or drive to the basket. It works on regular season when defense wont close out as good because of effort or talent but it wont work when you face teams with more length, with more effort and on a 7 game series.

We need guys who can shoot, drive, cut and pass. Then we can implement an offense where we share the ball and make it not that easy for defense to read. Otherwise, it’s the same ISO then kick it to the open man 90s basketball that wont work against smarter defense and more efficient offensive teams nowadays.
