Embiid is apparently available for this game which will be the first time in years that he plays in Denver. Hopefully it's an entertaining game.

I just hope the entire team except Embiid and Maxey isn't out like last game. Otherwise we'll get punked out again.

Totally fine with losing this game if it happens. I dont totally buy Morey's dissembling but he needs incentive not to punt this season and not try to argue that edge moves are all we need. A bad road trip here will crystalize this team is going nowhere without serious upgrades now. We have plenty of ammo to strike now and aqcuire significant help. Those ridiculous prices being thrown around for players in trade discussions right now are opening salvos many which will come down significantly as we get closer to the deadline. The big three era will be dead shortly due to cba changes so lets try to surround Embiid and Maxey with a couple more quality players that fit what we need and stop worrying about 1 max slot guy we may or may not be able to get in the offseason at the expense of having a bench of min players. Im confident we could get 2 out of the following group: Grant, Brogdan, Bogdanoviches, Murray, DeRozan, Caruso, Heurter, Barnes to name just as few with matching salaries, Springer, and the three first draft picks we have now and also possibly keep Harris and/or Melton and have a chance at least of signing them this offseason with there bird rights if the price is right.

He was "hampered" by the knee on Thursday but stayed in the game to get his 30 in a blowout. Where was the medical team then?

This is why waiting until the summer to make "big" moves is a terrible idea. Embiid's injuries are just going to get worse and more frequent with age.

Do you really believe this? so Embiid gets to decide to stay on the floor in blowout games to keep aiming for meaningless 30/10 records, even if detrimental to his health and tiredness for the season, but cannot decide if he can play the most important game of the season?

I guarantee you Embiid would've played if he wanted. It's possible he kinda wanted to play but after having a taste of the altitude decided he was not up to par, this is me being generous and assuming he actually wanted to play before today.
