G54: Sixers v Heat 2/14 7pm ET

We're 3.5-pt favorites since we're on a 2-game winning streak and Butler, Rozier and Richardson are out for the cHeat.
https://www.espn.com/nba/game/_/gameId/401585407/heat-76ersFor us, no Lowry revenge game tonight as we hold him out for "reconditioning." Melton, Batum and Harris are also out again, so it's the same lineup as we had against CLE. Hope they can pull out one more before the all-star break, then get everyone except Embiid (and Cov) back on the court for the stretch run.
Time's yours...

We can be up there as long as we have Hield and Oubre playing, Harris doesn't really add much to this team.

I just want them to play well. Not expecting a wing but play well.

It's Miami and they are well-coached. It's easy to look at who is out for them, but then last night they go out and run Milwaukee out of the gym. Erick Estrada is a great coach and he'll have his guys ready. The good thing for us is Nick Nurse is also a very good coach and I think he'll have our guys ready. We couldn't miss the other night against the Cavs, but that's not the only reason we pulled that win out. The team played hard and that's all you need in this league. When teams play hard and show some fight and wear their hearts on their sleeves they will always have a chance. This is the last game before the All-Star break if I'm not mistaken. It would be such a relief to go into the break on a high note. I really hope we can give them a good game tonight. Come in, fight our asses off and have a chance to win it in the 4th.

Erick Estrada and his CHIPS are nothing to sneeze at.

How nice is it not to have to overcome a coaching disadvantage on a nightly basis? It would have been comical if it wasn't so sad watching Spo routinely embarrass Glenn.
I like our team a lot, but I'm not grinding game to game right now, just want to see continued growth from the young guys and Maxey and Hield get more comfortable playing together. For all the abuse he has taken here, Bamba has been doing just fine as he's been getting more run, and B-Ball is getting better as well. This is a fun group.

We might have the best offense in the league once Embiid comes back healthy now that Buddy is here. Definitely gotta use some cap space to keep Buddy because the Hield/Maxey backcourt is going to be awesome.
I like that Tyrese is mixing in some midrange to start this game. I feel like mixing that in more consistently will open up the floor for him.

Hield shooting is real. It's like the evolution from JJ to Seth to Hield.

Maxey midrange takes him up to superstar status.

Oubre is going to drive us insane in a playoff series. His bball IQ is just not good, he’s always a little out of position, late on a rotation, or taking a bad gamble defensively.

Playing Oubre and Bamba together is a crime against humanity

If you miss 3 three 3s in a row . Why take a contested one?

The Cavs and Heat have really weak defenders in Niang, Merill, Herro, and Duncan Robinson, so running our weave/ghost action at the perimeter with Maxey and Hield then if we can't find a good look, we can always dump it to Oubre, KJ, or Council and take advantage of these weak defenders by bullying them, resulting in high-percentage field goal attempts off drives. It's worth noting that this type of weak defender isn't often available in the playoffs.

It's why I'm praying Cov gets healthy for when oubre is being dumb
