Game 68: The Heat Vs 76ers

Post#1 » by Eyeamok » Mon Mar 18, 2024 3:48 pm

Hopefully the Heat will still be thinking abut Bam Adebayo winning shot last night and not focused on the task at hand. An undermanned 76ers team.

You want it to be one way....but it's the other way.

That looked very similar to the Villanova play to beat UNC.

I haven't really watched much lately, figuring there's no real point. Does anyone really think we can win this game? I suppose we did beat the Mavs with a similar skeleton crew.

Yimmy and Villain are out (so is Assassin). So we’re favored by 2.5 and need to win.

Why is Hield passing an open 3 for a Oubre 3...

This team is dumb.

I do think both Hield and Oubre should be brought back at this point. We just need to add more talent around them, Maxey, and Embiid.

I remember a little over a month ago some people on this forum were actually arguing with me that the Sixers trade dead line wasnt just a punt dressed up as doing something while maintaining future flexibility. We are seeing the the flaws of Buddy Hield on display here in the 4th quarter. If he isnt hitting 3 he is a flat out bad basketball player.

Lowry is the hero if we win. Maxey has to get more discerning with his shots late in these close games. That corner three he took he didnt even really square up.
