Welcome Eric Gordon!

Man, Morey REALLY loves his undersized 3 point shooting guards. Can't complain too much for the vet minimum though.

I'm not going to complain about a veteran min signing. I just hope this doesn't mean that McCain doesn't get a shot at some minutes.

I'm wondering if they see McCain moving more on ball over time as his handles and connective passing develop to compliment his shooting. Totally agree though I don't want to see a Lowry/Gordpn backup backcourt get overplayed the way Lowry did down the stretch last season.

I remember I wished Eric Gordon to be a Sixer back in 2011. Always loved his game

He’s today’s version of Jamal Crawford and Lou Will

He'll be good off the bench for 16 minutes a night or so.

Guy may be old, but he still has the 16th most three-pointers in league history, I hope he goes off as best as he can.

He's underrated. In 24 games, as a starter, he averaged 15 points, 2 rebounds, and 3 assists per game, shooting 51% from the field and 41% from three with 3.1 made threes per game. He performed exceptionally well when Beal or Booker were unavailable.

He’s strong and has a long wingspan that allows him to defend multiple positions.

One thing about Gordon is he can score. I know he's older, but he can give us points off the bench and he can fill in once in a while as a starter. I hate that it took this long to get him. He was one of my favorite guards in the game at one time. I just hope he still has some juice left in his game.

He’ll hit some of the longest 3s in sixer history and that’ll be fun.

Two years ago he also still had some decent burst too, wasn’t looking like he had a broken shin attacking close outs like a lot of 35+ dudes do. I can’t say I say two minutes of him last year though.

With Martin in the fold, he becomes a nice pickup. Now we know we have shooting coming in off the bench, which should be a great role for him at this point in his career.

When he was projected as the starter, it made me roll my eyes. In a backup role though, it guarantees we have at least one dude who can score off the bench. Now we could get get 1-2 more (Council, McCain, and such with more additions), then we are cooking with chicken grease.
