I think theres a lot of extenuating factors rn. I'm praying that PG is not going to do this much playmaking once Maxey is healthy. Maxey isn't a pure Pg but George should not serve as a primary ball handler more than a handful of times a game imo.

It would be ideal to have either Maxey or McCain on the floor for the full 48 minutes—serving as the team’s primary scorer without Embiid or secondary scorer with him—each taking 10 threes per game. This setup allows George to thrive as a versatile glue guy, contributing as a shooter, occasional shot-maker, and, most importantly, a facilitator.

It’s not going to look perfect after 3 minutes. Joel also had a few trash possessions trying to do too much, still. I have a feeling everything he said over the summer was lip service.

I do really like Orlando tho, I wouldn’t want to see them in a playoff series

The way I see them in practice, PG is going to do this much facilitating. But its mostly shared.

Thats a bit scary. I like him as a secondary passer but he just can't compromise the D off the dribble enough to be a primary, imo.
