Game 36: Pelicans @ 76ers

So is anyone grabbing their $2 tickets to this one? Jordan Hawkins is a young guard I'd love to steal from New Orleans. The last Hawkins we had here was pretty damn good. Embiid, Drummond, and Lowry are all out. Paul George is probable to show up, jog up and down the court for twenty minutes and take occasional contested threes while quietly collecting his 250 million dollars (or whatever amount it is). Maxey, Yabu, and Oubre will play their hearts out. Nurse will continue to bench Council in favor of Jeff Dowtin who somehow keeps showing up in this league. I'd love to see Judah Mintz get a phone call. More Council? Or did he make fun of Nick Nurses footwear? Justin Edwards gonna get some minutes which is cool. My god this season sucks.
Adam Bona should play too.
Hey, there was a time when I would have been beyond hyped to have Eric Gordon on this team...13 years ago! Reggie Jackson? Yeah man...7 years ago. Andre Drummond? Dude we are stacked! It's sad how old and just non effective these guys actually are now. Eric Gordon is fat. Drummond took Robert Covingtons spot on the bench, and Reggie is just bored at this point. We need to see some young guys. Call up Judah Mintz, start the RC car, let Bona play.
It's a home game which is cool. We'll all be graced with the annoying Kate and Alaa banter. Will Jo be there? Probably. He'll be seen river dancing at mid court for our halftime entertainment and then show up on the injury report Saturday morning with a broken intermediate cuneiform bone in his right foot.
Sixers114 Pelicans 104 in a snoozefest.
