I agree with dabods. I think BK tried almost everything he could to move up but at the end of the day, Boston moved #5 for Ray Allen, Milwaukee wanted Yi, Minnesota wasn't going to move their pick, and Charlotte got Jason Richardson for #8 which was better for them than a combo of picks from us.

Our real hope was convincing Andre Miller as a veteran guard would help the Grizzlies win basketball games. But ultimately, I doubt they listened.
