If Andre Miller is traded Iguodala is guaranteed to atleast sign the same $57/5 deal because then his agent has more negotiation options, even the threat of proposing a trade.
Another reason why the Sixers will not dump Andre Miller

If the Sixers were to trade Andre Miller away for expiring contracts, what kind of leverage would they then have NOT to pay Iguodala more than the $11.5 million per season that he turned down? If Iggy is ever clearly the best veteran player on this team, before him and the Sixers resume negotiations, it will be disastrous for us. He could then pursue Joe Johnson type money which Ben Gordan is also looking to swindle out of the Bulls.

Iguodala is not better than Miller yet because Miller could go to any NBA team and instantly improve them because he's a playmaker. Iggy is just a utility wing player, many teams already have better versions of him. It's not just lip service that everyone involved with the Sixers call Miller the best player.

Kobe/LBJ...That's it, that's all there is (Dirk is a PF/C Combo and Howard is purely a SF). Stop being biased.
Since when did being a "Combo Forward" become a desirable trait? Give me a SHOOTING GUARD. Give me a POINT GUARD. Give me a CENTER. Give me a POWER FORWARD. Give me a SMALL FORWARD. If a player is talented enough to interchange between positions then so be it, but it's not a positive if the guy has deficiencies that keep him away from being classified at a particular position like Iggy does. Give me a true SF like Josh Howard. Give me a true PG like Chris Paul. Give me a true SG like Ray Allen. Give me a true center like Shaq. Give me a true PF like Dwight Howard.

You're acting as if the NBA hasn't seen this scenario before...

This is where Ed Stefanski's background in business... more specifically the cuthroat mortgage business... is going to come in hand. If this were Billy King... I might be worried. However, Stefanski isn't some gymrat, basketball guy who is now running multi-million dollar company. He's a business man and until he gives out a bad deal, I'm not going to worry.

Wow that's the most horrible description of Billy that I have ever heard. Let's not forget that the man is a Duke graduate.
