It's true that most of the free agents this upcoming summer aren't top-tier, but considering what tk76 mentioned about big city appeal, I'd give it a shot at throwing some serious pounds out there. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not sure that the free agency for the next two years won't be as opportunistic for the Sixers.
