Game Time: 7:o0PM EST
TV: CSNHD, NBALP
Radio: WIP 610
Records
76ers: 21-30 (Won 3 Straight)
Mavericks: 34-15 (Won 3 Straight)
Previous Meetings
Nov. 13th @ DAL: Mavericks 99, 76ers 84
Probable Starters

First of all, the starting PG for the Mavs is Jose Juan Barea (I wasn't sure if anyone knew what this guy looked like). The Mavs will be playing back-to-back road games while the Sixers have stayed at home and should be well rested. It's been a long time since I've picked this franchise to win a game over a superior team but I'm going with the upset here and say our young guys pull this out in a close one...
My Prediction: 76ers by 3+

We should be in 8th by tip off.
Maybe with us out running, and guarding Dirk with a quicker, long player like Young we can pull a GS on them. Doubt it, but could be interesting. I'm just going to be a fan for this one.
Who's been drinking the spiked Cool-aide?
Pass me a cup... might as well enjoy this month because March will be frustrating.

I've already poured about 10 glasses of the Playoff Kool-Aid and am sitting sipping some of it down.
It sounds like tk is feeling a little thirsty.... so enjoy. Anyone else feeling a little parched?

Might as well drink up!
Be prepared for a bit of a hang-over though. If not after the Mavs game, then next month once we stop playing lottery teams. We won't even have the Trade Deadline as a distraction.
Bring on Charlotte, bring on Miami. Memphis- we will crush you. Bring on... The Mavs?...burp *@#
I think I feel a bit woozy

The March schedule is looking a little more manageable than it did a month or so ago.
@ PHO: loss
@ LAC: WIN
SEA: WIN
@ MIL: WIN
BOS: loss
@ DET: loss
@ CHI: WIN
SAS: loss
DEN: loss
@ ORL: loss
NJN: WIN
@ BOS: loss
CHI: WIN
PHO: loss
CLE: loss
I have us going 6-8 which is better than our season's average. Our April schedule now looks relatively easy as well so I think we're going to remain in this race the rest of the season.

I'm going to have to cut you off cool aide man. Time to call your designated driver.
A few wins and we are suddenly bulletproof against the other dregs of the league.
never mind, pass me another cup.

crazy picks, blind player love, playoff hope. omg...did I accidentally log on to the toronto raptors board.

Wait... I don't believe predicting that the Sixers will go 6-8 in March is "Raptor Crazy" but I have gone off the deep end about this team. I've been rooting for losses for the past 14 months and so I've now lost my mind and gone Posidelphia.
By the way, those jerkoffs up the turnpike are beating the Mavs by 16 early in the 4th. All of a sudden everyone wants to start winning games. What the hell, man?

Bold prediction seeing the Sixers win..

I'm starting to doubt the bold prediction since the Swamp Things somehow won their game against the Nets tonight.

The Mavs losing back to back against the Nets and Sixers does seem a bit far fetched.
If the Mavs had not of lost we would have been tied for the 8th seed. I wonderif this as as close as we get.

We only have two games left before the All-Star break. This one and at home versus Memphis on Wednesday. If we can find a way to win this, we would be going into the All-Star break on a 5 game win streak and damn close to the 8th seed.
That has been a weird season...

One thing the Sixers can do is beat up on tired teams. They have shown that in the past. Hopefully, Dallas is tired.

Well... they can beat up on tired, bad teams. Dallas may qualify for the tired portion but it will be interesting to see how the Sixers play against a good team.
Also, while this does qualify as back-to-back road games, the Nets only play an hour and a half up the NJ Turnpike so it's not as though they are going to be worn down by travel.

NJ owned Dallas last night hopefully the trend continues

Sixers in the playoffs. Sounds like nails on a chalk board.

This team being outcoached and played in the playoffs is not something I want to watch.

How are we getting outcoached, specifically? We're outhustling teams, even when we lose. We have a ragtag bunch of nobodies putting up a fight night in and night out, and occasionally winning games we probably shouldn't.
explain to me what it means to be "outcoached" as you state it.
