Favorite current Sixer?

I know this is supposed to be the home of rational judgment and analysis... but sometimes its good to just enjoy the wins and be a fan.
Who on the current roster is your favorite player- who do you most enjoy watching?
---
For some odd reason I have to vote for Andre Miller. He may not fit with where the team is going, but you have to respect the guys game. I don't know if he has always been this tyupe of player, but its surprising he has never been part of a contender. Not that he is a superstar- but he seems like a perfect role player on a great team. The kind of clutch glue guy who gets you what you need without taking away from the stars.
We should move Miller at some point, but the fan part of me wants to see him on the team when we are successful. Just like I enjoyed seeing guys like Mckie and Snow find success.

Who is your favorite Sixer right now?

My favorite Sixer used to be Sam as I'm always one to cheer for the underdog. But at this point, I really like "the Smooth" a.k.a Thaddeus. However, Lou is equally fun to watch and so is Iguodala. What I like about Iguodala is that unlike our old franchise player who was 5'11 and constantly hitting the hardwood, Iguodala has the size and athleticism to take it hard to the rim when he's pissed off. He's really developed that warrior mentality but also has the strength to back it up. Truth be told, I really like this whole team and there isn't one player anymore that stands out over the rest.

It's gotta be Thad for me since we share the same last name. Seriously, when the hell are the Sixers going to start selling that #21 "Young" jersey??

honestly...ive become a huge thad fan recently...i like smith and think that he can someday be a servicable starter or a good bench big...but i think the guy i pull for the most deep down right now is carney bc i think he hasnt gotten a fair shake and deserves a chance to do what willie green has been given the chance to do the past 5 years
but my fav sixer over the last decade without a doubt was aaron mckie

My favorites are always those players who play with an encouraging attitude and intelligence. So I pick Thad and Andre Miller. At the bottom are pretty much Willie G and at certain moments Sammy.

Don't think you can use that nickname. sounds too much like J-Smooth.
I'd have to vote for Iggy and Thad.

since i haven't seen a single 76ers game this season i can't say who i enjoy watching most, but my two favorites are probably williams and young. they have both far exceeded realistic expectations. everyone loved how williams was scoring 27 a game or whatever in summer league, but i don't know that anyone actually expected him to be doing so well during the season. as for young, he was pretty unimpressive at the start and he has been f*cking incredible as of late. he's averaging 12 points and 6.8 rebounds in his last 8 games aka since he became a starter, if i am correct.

My favorite by far has to be Thad. the kid is younger than me and is tearing it up in the NBA.

Dre' Miller, The guys been kicked around the league and never given the credit he deserves but he's doing pretty damn good this year for us.
Close second would be Louis Williams, I remember before the draft I read every scouting report I could on him and prayed that somehow we would get him. And We did and he hasn't disapointed me yet.

good reaffirmation thread.
iguodala has been my favorite sixer since he was a rookie, but the reasons have changed over the years.
at first i liked him just because he brought energy, and most importantly, ridiculous alley-oops with AI1. (still my favorite dunk of all time:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBaDwDlycbM ).
now, i love mostly the attitude that he brings to the game. aside from criticizing his teammates, you can't front on how he approaches basketball. he wants to win and is willing to play whatever role is necessary to do so. (btw, i feel that miller and iguodala have alot in common in this regard, and the combination of their leadership i think is the reason this under-talented team has been able to find any success at all). also, even though people complain about his body language on the court, it's so refreshing to see his relative under-statedness compared to the groundless showboating of a player like vince carter. he gets his job done and when he does it right, which is often, he doesn't need to pose to the crowd to remind them of this.
also his defense.

Willie Green. with his classic go to move: dribble, dribble into a contested 20ft jumper. Oh yeah that's the stuff.

Thaddeus Young is an AMAZING basketball player. In a league where there's usually talent first and development 2nd, Thad has combined both in this his ROOKIE season. I apologize for pulling a Salmi-Strator but I'll give you an example:
Dirk Nowitski, an pheneomonal all-star forward is one of the most difficult matchups in the NBA. MO might've been hesistant at first but Thad answered the call. By putting his body face-up to Dirk and not giving him any airspace he couldn't shoot the ball, not even his fade-aways were going through. And his body strength was so impressive. Thad was incredible defensively against one of the toughest defensive assignments in the NBA.
