Why is Kevin Ollie in the NBA?
This guy is one of the worst point guards ever. The fact that hes making millions as one of the worst point guards ever makes no sense to me. There is no justice in this wolrd. Why dont the Sixers release him or trade him or SOMETHING to get him off this team? Has he helped this team in any way? It just pisses me off when I see him on the court

Ollie in my opinion is one of the most professional players in the league and deserves every dollatr he has earned. I think he should def look into coaching once this season is over because I dont think another team will give him another contract. I think he could be a good coach in the mold of Avery Johnson.
Andre Miller is a bad 3pt shooter.

Ollie has made the most of the minimal abilities he has through hard work and dedication to learning the game. He was overpaid by a GM or two, but you can hardly blame him for taking the money. After his playing days he will make a great assistant coach and possibly a head coach in either college or the pros.

I don't get the purpose of this thread.
I think one should congratulate men who make something from nothing.
Ollie is obviously less talented than most nba players, but he's worked very hard to become a solid backup in his career while more talented and athletic players have come and gone. His assist to turnover ratio for his career is 3 to 1, which is very good.
At 35, his career is obviously winding down, but he's still a solid professional who works hard and contributes by setting a good example, practicing hard, and filling in whenever asked without complaint.

As others have said... Ollie made the most of his abilities and worked hard to get where he is. He's obviously a positive around the young guys or else he would have been bought out and sent home like Webber.
I wonder if KO will take a job as an assistant coach after this season since I doubt his career continues on.

Exactly hes the **** man,and everytime he plays he brings veteran experience and takes care of the ball and passes effictivley. Hes not the most talented, but i think hes a great influence on the young talented players and helping them to work so they can harness that talent like he did despite not having much talent. Still he is probaly one of my favorite sixer bench players next to Reggie Evans.
I don't think I Trust The Process anymore!
