If it hadn't been for that ridiculous trade that Steve Kerr made... I would have been talking a lot in this game thread about how Amare will be moved in the summer and he'll be on a plane headed East to Philly. Well, those dreams are shot just like the Suns chances of winning anything this year. I wouldn't be shocked if Reggie Evans gets the start over Thad in this one but I will be shocked if we win given this is a back-to-back road game for us and Phoenix is well rested and looking to rebound from a bad loss.
My Prediction: Suns by 10+

Rebound game...if they pull this one out, they stay in playoff race. If they lose this one, the next game (LAC) will be a tough one, and they may quickly fall back into the middle of the lottery.

This will get so ugly I can't even think about this game.

Its tough to play a back to back with the two fastest teams in the league.... although I feel more comfortable going against this new Phoenix team than I did last night against Golden State. Amare is going to be a tough cover... I think he'll be the difference.... Suns by 8.

I completely disagree. The m.o. of this team had been that it loses to good teams but beats the bad ones. I have them down for losing this game but I don't see them falling to a Clippers team that is not only without Elton Brand and Shaun Livingston but they no longer have Sam I Am running the point for them.

This is a low expectations game.
If Thad breaks out of his mini funk and the game is competitive I will be satisfied. If we win I will be surprised.
At some point we need to learn how to play consistently with energy on the road... I doubt this game will show an progress in this regard.

The Sixers are a running team, but not yet a very good one. Against teams that can't run or are tired from a back to back, we have a chance if we get the tempo in our favor. Against equally rested, more talented, deeper running teams we have little chance. Our tem has no offensive versatility without three point shooters or a post-up game, so we have to play at the speed teams like GS and Phoenix want. The difference in talent/experience level shows in those games. The key is to not to lose too much confidence before playing the Clips. That is a game we need to win.

Well last night I thought they would play well I had hope and they destroyed it. So tonight they will play well over there heads and pull the fans back in. Just when you want to finally give up on the team they pull you back in. They fooled me once they won't fool be again we are a mediocre team that doesn't belong in the playoffs.

If we make the playoffs it will be because the East is so bad. We have won 36 games and missed the playoffs before. This year we get to be in the playoffs even if we are bad.
The playoffs are a distraction from our current problems (fools gold), which is fine as long as this team is headed in the right direction.

We sure do worry about what the refs do way to much. Cheeks needs to get these guys to stop acting like little spoiled brats and play some basketball. You don't get a call shut your mouth and go play some defense get in your offensive set or wait for the foul shots.

Evans missing those 4 foul shots late in the 2nd quarter did not help.I saw 2 occasions when Young was in good positon to get the ball, but Miller and Iggy prefer to please Reggie Evans.I just do not get it.

Agreed, but I think this is a league issue...look at Nash's reaction to the charge and Duncan is a notorious complainer as well. That being said, I hate it as well...as you mentioned, shut up and get back on defense.

This will be interesting...if Bell matches up against Iguodala, it will be a much tougher 4th quarter for him...let's see how it plays out.
