How about JaVale McGee?

He seems like a great prospect for the sixers. I hope he slips down to us or we trade up because he such a great basketball player with great upside an height at 7'0". He could definitely bulk up (He's 235 pounds at the moment) but that isn't a big deal I think. He's also a great rebounder

I don't know that I've seen him play...have you? If he's athletic enough, he may be worth a look where the Sixers are drafting...kind of difficult to tell without seeing a lot of him in action.

There's a highlight video on youtube--he's a lot like Jason Smith, except not as good a shooter, and he has a nice hook shot in the low post. runs the floor well. Didn't see any defensive highlights.
Competition not that strong in the WAC so it's hard to project him.

McGee is raw right now. I have seen hm play 4 times. He has a lot of potential. I think if he comes out too soon, it will hurt his career in the pros. I do not want the 76ers to pick him at this point. He is far from polished at this point
sixers pick

From an outsider's perspective, it seems that the Sixers biggest hole is a lack of offense at Pf. Considering you'll be picking at 16, 17 or 18, there should be some guys available who can come in and share minutes with Evans and actually score a little bit. I'm not huge on Kevin Love like some people, but he seems like a good fit for you guys and should be worth a mid first rounder.

I doubt that Kevin Love will be there between 16 & 18. i do think he'd fit though. Philly could always find a way to improve their draft spot or to pick up a second pick because with their cap space they could take salary from another team. Remember Phx gave up two #1s just to unload one year of Kurt Thomas' 8 million dollar salary.
