I've been noticing a horrifying trend lately on this board, outside of the daily trolling and bashing. Everygame thread that is filled with nothing but "LOL Willie suxors", or "Lol Iggy sucks so badly and I love be an ****", we lose. When it's filled with people having fun or just jokingly insult Green wihtout being a douche ( or writing essays), we win.

So I ask you guys too no matter what you fell about how much Iggy sucks or how manly Ollie is, keep it positive the positive energy is what is helping us out there.


Just keep it positive folks.

This is very dond-ish of you. While I agree that being positive is the nice thing to do, I don't believe everyone should feel or act the same way about this team. I don't have a problem with anyone bashing a player or a coach or the entire team as long as they don't bash other posters.

Of course that's just my opinion and I could be wrong....

Willie Green, what a guy! Every team needs a guy like him... someone to jack up shots to make the defense focus on him! He makes it so much easier for the rest of the team!

I totally forgot about that thread... I imagine we'll see another one this summer around August when we should know what our 08-09 team will look like.

Knux, you the man- but you know this is a Philly board. You know the town that wakes up each morning surprised that the sky hasn't fallen.

On the plus side, expecting the worse sure makes these shocking runs (Phillies last year, Sixers this year) all that more enjoyable. I could not imagine being a Yankee fan, bummed if my team fails to win the WS every year.

but no really, i don't mind the WTF was dat you bum posts because usually that's okay but I just find it a bit sad that we get more posters when we lose than when we win.
