and pick up a big in the draft.... what do you guys think?? if we can get him and move green else where that would be a solid move for the sixers.

He is not coming to Philadelphia. He does not even fit the 76ers. :noway:

Hinrich would be a decent fit since he can shoot. He does carry a big salary, but it declines with time. I would rather have Calderone, but I guess Hinrich is a better defender.

hinrich sucked big time last season.miller is much better than him but if we can soemhow make a package around miller for a big guy than hinrich is a guy to look at to fill the pg position.

We have nothing to offer Chicago for Hinrich.

If Chicago moves him, it's likely because they plan to select Rose. Assuming that's the case, they will be looking for a big in return for Hinrich. We have nothing there that would help them in their need for a low post scorer.

Some of the rumored teams do have post options to offer.
Knicks could offer Randolph for something like Hinrich and Tyrus (or another young player).

Clippers could offer Brand for some combination of Hinrich and maybe Gooden. Also, they could do some type of S/T with Ben Gordon and use him with Hinrch.

Seattle could offer up either Wilcox or Collison

Denver can offer Camby, Nene or Kenyon.

The best we can offer would be Sam and that would make no sense for us. Same for Chicago since Sam's not a low post scorer.

He was one of the reasons why the Bulls failed last season, besides their lack of low post presence. I am not interested in Hinrich. We can do better. In fact, I do not want anybody from the Bulls at this point.

We can buy a 2nd round pick without having to trade anybody for Hinrich. I would pick Shan Foster at that point.

I think your cutting Hinrich too much slack. After the Bulls draft Rose, every team will know that Chicago will be tring to get rid of Hinrich. That will knock the price down. Keep this guy away from Philly, please

we don't need him at all. he's not our style of PG. I'd rather have Lou Will for the future instead of Hinrich. He's a better fit in our fast break system and is proving to be a good scorer, which will improve much more as time progresses.

If we make any moves it should be or a scoring big man which we all know we need

Hinrich never really seems to have a big impact on the games, despite having the making of a good point guard. I could see him on the Clippers, or maybe Cavs, but he's not a good fit for a lot of teams.

Ever since Hinrich and Ridnour were prematurely placed into the whole Team USA process they have stunk up the joint in the NBA. The Iverson/Arenas karma ghost has destroyed them...LOL

I'm not entirely sure what the Sixers would give up for him. Either way, he's not as good as he was years ago.
Two years from being two years away.

Return to Philadelphia 76ers
