TI: Evans/Miller for Mo/CV/Mason

Just trying to gain perspective from the Philly side on what the thoughts would be on this trade idea:
Philly trades Miller and Evans for Milwaukee's Mo Williams, Charlie V, and Desmond Mason
I had heard that Philly is questioning whether they are going to resign Miller after this season, and that they would like some frontcourt scoring.
Charlie V definately brings frontcourt scoring, Mo Williams replaces Miller and is signed on a not-to-bad 5 year contract (5 years $44M remaining), which I assume is less than Miller will be seeking next offseason (I could be wrong on that though). Mason is a $5.3M expiring contract. Charlie V is still on his rookie contract ($3.4M this year, and a $4M qualifying offer or RFA after that).
To sweeten the deal, the Bucks could throw in a 2009 second rounder or possibly 2009 1st rounder (lottery protected).
