Who is you're eyes is the better player overall taking account everything they have accomplished including post season.
I personally think O'neal is way ahead of Brand and there is really no comparison but i want to hear you're oppinions.

Brand by a long shot IMO. He was out in a much tougher western conference surrounded by less than decent talent in LA. O'Neal came to Indiana with good talent around him. jermaine's best average seems to be Injuries per year. Besides the Achilles, Brand has been relatively healthy in his time at LA. brand is in great company being 1 of 4 active players to average 20 and 10. O'neal can't say that.

O'Neal is often hurt, so based on that fact alone I'd say Brand is way better.
When they are both healthy, it is pretty close.

Brand is more comparable with Bosh. He's miles ahead of JO, if you ask me.

brand is the better player. I'd argue Brand is about at the level of Bosh as well. Injury wise J.O. is a walking injury and Brand has had just the Achilles. Both are a concern but i would see J.O. as a much bigger one. Hopefully J.O. stays healthy. Why are raps fans so insecure?

I don't think guy is a Raps fan. Besides, the more knowledgeable Raps fans have treated the sitatuation quite fairly. Most of them are just excited that the division is relevant again.

Brand seems to be about even or ahead in most statistical categories, but particularly ahead at FG%.
For an inside player FG% would be a pretty important indicator of how hard they work inside.
PS: But honestly, it's really not worth getting into a pissing match with other team's fans.

Brand has been terrific for like 9 years. JO had an outstanding season the year they won 60+ games but has really tailed off the last 2-3 years. Also unlike Brand who had one major fluke injury JO has had multiple problems with injuries and his knee hasn't responded to treatment to get back on the floor for Indy. Maybe he will bounce back this year for the Raps but I think his best days are behind him, he had no lift when I watched him last year he looked like Webber with a gimpy knee.
I wish JO well though because he has always been well spoken and seems like a decent guy.

You people proved my point by saying he was surrounded with way way better talent now that we agree with that their numbers are very much comparable. O'neal averaged those numbers with other All-Stars on his team and he is a blocking, Rebounding Defense machine i'm saying this from a neutral point not being a raptor or a Sixer. O'neal has been a Winner all his like he has over 150 playoff games under his belt while Brand has barely 25. O'nel was voted third in MVP voting while Brand has never been considered a top 10. Every single stat you look at O'neal is better at. Points, Blocks , Assists , Steals, Field Goal Percentage, Free throw Percentage, anything you name O'neal is better at and he put up those numbers on a Team contending for A Championship. He has had more success than Brand on a Winning Champion ship team with 3 All-Stars than Brand has had on a Bad Team playing more minutes and being the main focal point so his stats should be way better than O'neal but yet O'neals are better. You cannot disagree with anything i have to say so accept it that Brand will never even be half the Player O'neal is although Brand is very good and is an All-Star and very good player. It's hard to imagine Brand the Best player on a Championship Team and you'll have to agree. No Comparison.

JO's forehead is bigger and he speaks a little better, so he wins there.

Assuming both healthy Brand is better. The main reason I say that is because Brand is more efficient. Brand isn't far way from having the same type of impact as KG.

I won't disagree with you, since I'm not allowed. But I will point out that Brand has averaged 20ppg on 50% shooting for his entire career. JO hasn't even had one season where he's shot 50%. Hell, he only had one that came close.

I will definitely agree. The Division is no longer The Titanic Division ( Made famous by Raps). It might be ARGUABLY the toughest division with RAPS, SIXERS , BOSTON, AND PERHAPS NEW JERSEY.
I am a Lakers Fan I think the Raptors Vs Philly Battle will be a good rivalry back to the Vince And Iverson Days but i personally think the Raps are perhaps a bit ahead of Philly in terms of Experience, Players They have 3 All-Stars while Philly Just got 1 also they have Jose NOW the best point guard if you look at what he did in 25 mins it's ridiculous they were better than Arenas stats when Gilbert was on Fire The Pervious Season Before This.
Philly will no doubt give competition to Toronto, Orlando, Cavs And Washington.
Let Me Break It Down:
Tier 1: Boston, Detroit
Tier 2: Orlando, Raptors, Cavs , Sixers, Washington
Tier 3: Miami, Milwaukee, Indiana, Atlanta, Chicago And Maybe Charolette
Tier4: New Jersey, New York.
This is a good analysis and the Tier 2 Teams could jump into Tier 1 and Tier 3 Teams Could Jump To Tier 2 and even Tier 4 Teams could Jump to Tier 3.
So lets see what happens and there is a very good chance that the Top 4 Teams of the Easter Conference could be from the Atlantic Division. (Top 3 Atlantic and Top 4 Eastern Conference).
Top 6 In Easter Conference For Sure, I Think That's A Good Bet.
Please point out something that you disagree with and i can explain my opinion in more detail.

this is so dumb. kg wasn't a winner till he was, was he? call me when JO has a championship and brand doesnt.
O'nel was voted third in MVP voting while Brand has never been considered a top 10.

Try games played. according to bball references brand is higher in points, rebounds fg %, ft%, fta yadda yadda yadda.
You cannot disagree with anything i have to say
you'd be surprised.

How many of those games were in Portland when JO had no playing time behind Rasheed etc.,,?
He was also playing with a hall of famer in Indy with Reggie Miller & DPOY with Artest so making the playoffs wasn't too tough.
Also are u sure Brand wasn't top 10 in MVP the year they had Cassell etc.,,, and he averaged like 25 and 10?

As a non Sixer and Raps fan. Brand is by far the better player. He was always the better offensive player because he got his points very efficiently. I think their defense is very close when O'Neal was healthy but other than that Brand is by far the better defender.
That winner thing is just bull. I guess for over the past 10 years O'Neal must have been the better player than Garnett. You have to have a good team to be a winner and Brand never had the chance except for one year and those players werent even that good and I thought they overachieved in 2005.
On paper I still like the Sixers better but who knows who will be better but I still would guess Sixers since they may be the better defensive team.
