Stefanski Now Has Room 2 Gamble:Scoop Up JR Smith, Bye Iggy

Isn't it worth it to now see if a young scorer/shooter like JR Smith would take a front-loaded 2 year contract for a little above mid-level exception for the sum of those 2 years? Then let Iggy go.
Player like JR Smith should be smart enough to want to take that gamble as well. He's still very young and talented but in the process of rehabilitating his reputation in the league. Coming to a team like the Sixers who are loading up would be beneficial to him, he just has to sacrifice and take the short term, front loaded deal. It would be to his benefit to be on a team that will likely make the playoffs, and that can't be said for Denver.
Free agents must see the writing is on the wall when it comes to the hard-line stance some teams are taking on keeping cap room free for the Lebron-Wade-Bosh free agent class two years from now.
With so many teams trying to have cap room available for that free agent class, it would make sense for a young player like JR to also want to be back in the free agent mix that year as well, because some teams are going to have more cap room freed up but they all will not get their target player, so there is a likelihood that the next lower tier free agents will benefit with bigger contracts than they would have gotten in a different year,.. when most teams are squeezed for cap room and just way over, and in bad cap shape,..(like this year)
Do you think the Nuggets match a front-loaded 2 yr deal? (Say something like 7mil, 4mil,.. or 8mil, 3mil)
I THINK STEFANSKI NOW HAS ROOM TO GAMBLE AND COME OUT LOOKING LIKE A GENIUS BY SCOOPING UP, AND SELLING JR SMITH ON THE IDEA OF TAKING A 2YR DEAL FOR A NEARLY GUARANTEED PLAYOFF CONTENDER IN THE EAST, AND STILL BEING ABLE TO GO RIGHT BACK INTO FREE AGENCY DURING A YEAR OF TEAMS BEING POSITIONED WITH A LOT OF MONEY TO THROW AROUND AND BID ON PLAYERS.
