Well... it's about time one of our guys signed. I'm thinking it'll be somwhere in the neighborhood of 5 years/$30MIL with a player option after the 3rd year.

Great news.. now its our fast break leader that needs to signed.

When i see these figures i hope that there is no player option because whatever he signed for...i think it has to be under the MLE. And If Lou keeps progressing to his full upside we could have a major deal during his 4 and 5 year of his contract

5 years is a good thing (the 5th will probably be a player option.)

I almost don't care about the numbers, at least he is signed, and I'm hoping its not at or above the MLE and that it is nicely frontloaded.

Good news for Lou and the team. I enjoy rooting for the kid.

Agree, I think he could be a huge steal from the 3rd year on. If he can polish his midrange and 6ft pull up he will be a force because I don't see any defender keeping in front of Lou.

Very excited to hear this. I love Lou!

I expect Iggy to sign very soon. The Deng and Okafor signings have set Iggy's market price - it is just a matter or working out the fine details now.

It's a dynamite move in signing Lou Williams. We love him in Philadedelphia. I like when the ball is in his hands. When Iggy does his side to side disco dance dribbling, you know the clock will run down and here comes an offensive foul on Iggy. Keep the ball in the hands of our point guards and let them set everybody up. I want to keep Iggy, since I do not see any fair deals out there for Iggy, but please stop dribbling so much.

I think this is a good move and we will see a deal made soon. Either a Signing or a S&T with Iggy. If it drags out much further, nobody really wins.

Agree 100%. Iguodala was miscast the last 2 years (although he wasn't half bbad and led the team to the playoffs.) If anything he will be so much better now that he can become the complementary player he is suited to be. I hope he can continue to improve his J, but that world B Free arc might limit how much he can improve as a shooter. Maybe he can start posting up SG's?
