Hello guys. I am a huge Sixer fan from DC. I have been trying to register here for a few years now and I finally got it done. I have been closely following this board since the beginning of last season and I have become a huge fan. You guys seem like you have a lot of fun and I hope I can be added to it.

LOL, nice nice, to be honest I'm kinda getting bored of fantasy basketball. I'll still do it, but not going to be playing 12 games like last year. Pre-draft research, and then keeping up with stats on a daily basis can be such a chore when players don't take the game seriously.

I suspect you're going to be doing your typical yahoo fantasy leagues?

I tried registering to join these boards last summer and wasn't able to either. I tried again this year and it worked.

There was a fantasy league last season although it feel apart a bit at the end. I won't be in it this year because frankly, I suck.

As for Stanford, well... I said it over on his new board but I'll say it here as well... congrats. For years, the man has been kissing ass and taking names (ummm, is that how it goes?) and so I'm sure he'll do a great job. Hopefully his Mod duties won't keep away from this board though since the guy is one of the best posters.

When I first tried to register in 2005, I don't think I was ever excepted. I've tried random times since then and it just said my info was already registered. Today was my first try since you guys got a new server, it it worked.

I agree. Last week I had a contact ask Mad Dog if their was any chance he was going to be the color man for the Sixers this year. Sounds like a no, but he would be interested.

That's as close as I can get to giving some inside info.

Unfortunately, that's bad news. Hopefully the tape delay on the HD broadcast won't be that long so that I can listen to the radio feed instead. I know it's a crime to say the following.... but I prefer Tommy Mac over Zumoff.

^^ Fred Carter would be nice too. Haven't had NBATV so I haven't seen him in a while though.

Who was the guy you emailed to at Sixers.com? I think we should let him know that Mad Dog would be a popular choice.
