Question About Jersey

I usually don't post random questions on other teams' boards, but I can't find anything anywhere on this...

The Sixers aren't changing to that old school jersey design that Elton Brand is holding up in those introductory pics floating around are they?

I love that uni but you guys just changed to that more modern look of your recent jersey.

The word from the Sixers' PR department is that the team wore the '83 throwbacks 10 times last season and they plan on wearing them more this season since this year marks the 60th anniversary of the franchise. The PR department also said that we will be seeing the old red, white, and blue basketball logo more this year and that they polled the fan base and there is a large amount of support for the old uni's. Hopefully they once again become the full-time uniform of the franchise starting in '09.

The real question is whether the court at the Wachovia Center will also be updated to show the old logo this season.
